2:19 ok- this has been my habit these days of just going into a room and sitting there alone in the darkness, calmly listening to songs, watching any k-pop or random videos in particular, singing and dancing to songs, drinking juice, sitting on the ground or laying on the ground with a blanket wrapped around me, eating food. And, when my parents and sis left to go somewhere, I was all alone and I liked that bcoz they don't give me peace and silence, so being alone for hours was a great time to calm myself and I think that was the time that habit started. I don't like having too much people around me especially when they are loud and I like being alone. Everytime they leave, I would off the lights in the room, listen to songs, dance to them, watch videos, or just lay down and listen to some calming music and that helps me relax. It's a calming habit that I have, now I am a bit sick, I sneeze every time and it's annoying! So, staying at late night it the room without my family to ruin it more and staying in a silent room helped me more.(this was a HUGE rant, sorry if it was long.) Also, great video!
