🎯 Hi all! A Link to the full Organisation Toolkit - www.focusyourself.co.uk/product-page/organisation-design-toolkit-3-documents Let me know if you have any questions/would like me to take you through it once you downloaded it and if you have ever had to support any org design work or projects. Hi Shruti. Thank you. You mean like a case study/real example? There are many around us, if you look at Twitter. New CEO, new leadership, efficiency and effectiveness targets. This required a change in strategy (for example allowing people to buy a blue tick etc), change their structure (remove certain positions resulting in redundancies or lay offs), and now it’s embedding the new world for them. This must have required a detailed roadmap, activities and shared actions to achieve it. They will very likely evaluate it and tweak/make changes as and when necessary. So I would say Twitter has gone through an org design/change management process.
You’re audio is OUTSTANDING.
Thank you for this comment. I really appreciate it! I always wonder how it sounds to people. TH-cam helped me learn about microphones and audio. 😂

Thank you Priya. Do you work in HR or a business role out of interest?
