They made a game with butt ugly and cringy characters in a saturated market (hero shooters) for a live service model that is going to need to have some kind of recurring transaction system to upkeep investment in servers and additional content drops to keep players engaged. Who wants to buy skins for characters like that or for that matter even play as them? The game was destined to fail purely because of that. Mocking all the people who said as much as just fuel on an already burning ship. In almost any videogame, movie, etc. your characters need to be at least one of the following: hot, cool, funny, relatable, cute. Concord characters were none of these things.
