Your point by point, reason by reason , step by step approach to be a leader is a very good guide lines to an aspiring individual. Persistency is the key word in achieving the goal.
Every body cannot be a leader. But this formula definitely helps a person to reach his goal fair and square.
Being a good citizen, law abiding, helpful, community work just to name a few are also important as being a leader.
Like you carried out so many activities helps you when the calling comes, you are ready to shoulder the responsibilities.
Yes, one must be aware of and be on the look out to improve any thing that is lacking in a community. Organize, plan and resolve that situation.
These thoughtfulness in a person is called visionary person. Who could be that?, none other than Dear Modi Ji and you join that category. Muck luck in all your endeavors.

Why we should prefer BJP in the centre. My income. My house. My car, my business,. My other Assets etc. All this is safe, as long as my country is safe. Otherwise everything will go up in flames. Today two million Ukrainians are taking refuge in other countries leaving everything behind in the Russo-Ukraine war. They were lucky to have neighboring countries that gave them shelter. What will happen to us???. Where do you think we can go??? Pakistan on one side, Bangladesh on one side, Indian Ocean below, China above, countless traitors inside the country!!! Remember that there is no other country to give you asylum. So instead of cheap petrol and free ration, and other free things prefer a strong nation and strong national leader like Modiji. Indians have lost their abilities and self esteem because of oppression and suppression for a long long time. Also, our people are not open minded people( it is my personal opinion). Like you mentioned, they assume you have to be older to do any thing. They just brush you off.
I am glad you are shedding light on this subject and encouraging youngsters to get involved. There is more to life than just living within in the their arms length.
They must try to change their mind set of settling to live with in limitations. Must develop to be creative and better their living situations.
