Age of Ultron's most iconic scene has got to be each of the avengers attempting to lift Thor's hammer. It's funny, it sees the characters lay back and have fun for the first time, and sets up an epic moment in Endgame.
There are so many peak scenes in Endgame, I can never fault anybody for picking a different one. I tell people my favorite scene from that movie is whichever one is on my TV at the moment.
Winter soldier - I would argue for the Bucky Barnes reveal scene. Thor ragnorak - I would argue for the moment Thor discovers his true powers at and goes full beast near the end Avengers infinity war - so many moments. Gamora dying, Spider-Man dying, Thor making his arrival are all good choices Avengers endgame - ...”and I...am Ironman.” But I’m still good with the assemble line. Good list. It was nice to take a look back on the mcu ride😁

Oh come on! I know it’s popular to hate on Age of Ultron (for reasons I can’t even pretend to understand), but saying the mid-credits scene beats out the Hulkbuster fight?! The opening credits fight?! The final battle splash-panel scene?! Wanda’s messing with everyone’s minds?! Get out of here....
My favourite is the party and after party. When they are still friends, happy, trying to lift the hammer. Also in the final battle how Clint takes care of Wanda and motivates her to become a hero. Or at least the creation of Vision: Thor places the mind stone in him and soon we find out he is good when he lifts up the hammer. It's not the best film, but it has it's moments.

The way the distinct characters played off each other was beautiful, the conflict, their strengths and eventually coming together. In AoU they again have conflict, go their own way against others. Thor's decision to put the stone in Vision is based on something very vague. It lacks depth: an evil AI is evil, good AI is good just because of a chance, Thor's vision, Tony's hope and faith? Quicksilver was disappointing when compared with the X-Men one and than he dies and is never mentioned again. Nat and Banner flirt, but it also has no resolution apart from when they meet 2 years after "it's awkward". Cap deep inside still clings to the "what might have been with Peggy" and good that in Endgame his story finishes with her, but for long time they made us believe he actually will make a life here. We don't get why Hydra has the sceptre until Endgame, so the beginning is confusing. It's not the black sheep of the Avengers family, it's the runt. I think people were disappointed with it and they skip it based on that, especially with how IW proved you can surpass AA and even CW in everything. AoU could use better pacing and logic to fit in better.
Tony's line to Peter is the very same lesson he himself learned in Iron Man 3, it's always so great to hear this line that perfecly portrays not only Tony's arc but the core of what makes Spider-Man so great of a character since he was created

To me the best part of the elevator scene was Cap understanding that a fight was coming (good use of his brains there), and still making the effort of giving his opponents an out, if they only took it. And who else remembers that GotG was supposed to be a flop? Also, somebody should mention the initial fight between the Ancient One against Kakisto's followers. That was eye candy of the hifghest order. And finally, let's all remember the many concerns that Civil War was going to be a bloated mess. Just musing on many aspects of the MCU that aren'tsaid frequently enough, IMHO.
I love Luis! In the 2nd film, I knew what was going to happen as soon as they said they were gonna give him the "truth serum". I knew he'd never shut up. Ha ha! (Then again, Lois McMaster-Bujold wrote the same quirky reaction to "truth serum" into her iconic protagonist Miles Vorkosigan. So my brain immediately said to me "OH NO. Oh come on! I know it’s popular to hate on Age of Ultron (for reasons I can’t even pretend to understand), but saying the mid-credits scene beats out the Hulkbuster fight?! The opening credits fight?! The final battle splash-panel scene?! Wanda’s messing with everyone’s minds?!

My favourite is the party and after party. When they are still friends, happy, trying to lift the hammer.
Also in the final battle how Clint takes care of Wanda and motivates her to become a hero.
Or at least the creation of Vision: Thor places the mind stone in him and soon we find out he is good when he lifts up the hammer.
It's not the best film, but it has it's moments.

@@davidmcleod5133 it might be just an issue of comparing it with AA. AA had better pacing, a villain we knew and loved already. The way the distinct characters played off each other was beautiful, the conflict, their strengths and eventually coming together. In AoU they again have conflict, go their own way against others. Thor's decision to put the stone in Vision is based on something very vague. It lacks depth: an evil AI is evil, good AI is good just because of a chance, Thor's vision, Tony's hope and faith? Quicksilver was disappointing when compared with the X-Men one and than he dies and is never mentioned again. Nat and Banner flirt, but it also has no resolution apart from when they meet 2 years after "it's awkward". Cap deep inside still clings to the "what might have been with Peggy" and good that in Endgame his story finishes with her, but for long time they made us believe he actually will make a life here. We don't get why Hydra has the sceptre until Endgame, so the beginning is confusing. It's not the black sheep of the Avengers family, it's the runt. I think people were disappointed with it and they skip it based on that, especially with how IW proved you can surpass AA and even CW in everything. AoU could use better pacing and logic to fit in better.
Tony's line to Peter is the very same lesson he himself learned in Iron Man 3, it's always so great to hear this line that perfecly portrays not only Tony's arc but the core of what makes Spider-Man so great of a character since he was created
I think that the most memorable scene in Age of Ultron should have been when Wanda walked out of the door

Agree with most of these but here are the ones that I found more iconic:
-Winter Soldier: "I'm with you to the end of the line"
-Ironman 3: When all the suits show up at the end
-Civil War: Captain America and Ironman's blast/shield clash at the bunker
-Ragnarok: The whole sequence after Hela asks Thor what he was the god of
-Infinity War: Thor arriving at Wakanda
Cap lifting Mjolnir is the most iconic scene. The line "Avengers assemble" doesn't mean a whole lot to non-comic book fans.
He's a friend from work should always include Loki's face ;-)

To me the best part of the elevator scene was Cap understanding that a fight was coming (good use of his brains there), and still making the effort of giving his opponents an out, if they only took it.
And who else remembers that GotG was supposed to be a flop?
Also, somebody should mention the initial fight between the Ancient One against Kakisto's followers. That was eye candy of the hifghest order.
And finally, let's all remember the many concerns that Civil War was going to be a bloated mess.
Just musing on many aspects of the MCU that aren'tsaid frequently enough, IMHO.

I love Luis! In the 2nd film, I knew what was going to happen as soon as they said they were gonna give him the "truth serum". I knew he'd never shut up. Ha ha! (Then again, Lois McMaster-Bujold wrote the same quirky reaction to "truth serum" into her iconic protagonist Miles Vorkosigan. So my brain immediately said to me "OH NO. He's gonna react like Miles does, isn't he???")
When my man started prattling about abstract expressionist art at the end, and how much he loved the Mark Rothko painting, that _killed_ me!
They needed to do a Luis recap as a promo for Infinity War and Endgame.
JK Simmons was memorable because it hinted at multiverse having him present in Tom H universe, but for me the spider sense scene was greatness.
