I love hybrid playstyle characters. I’m a Valkyrie main and there really isn’t any other hero that just drew my attention to play but ocelot is a beast and real fun to play.

I like the new hero, but idk how i feel about an 18 damage bash that feeds almost no revenge
No pin though so at least it's harder to use in ganks.
And with the Performance mode for consoles, it should be easier to see what comes next.

@@GageMason only the opener and especially the finisher bashes are the ones you need to look out for.
There's a bash rework coming soon so bashes as a whole should get adjusted

Honor codes have _absolutely_ no place in this game outside of duels.
If you got allies, get them involved when the situation calls for it.
The only issue is that he makes comments all the time about enemies running… only to do it himself at the start of a much. It’s a bit hypocritical, at least stick up for your values.
I get he’s learning a new character too, which I admit, gives leeway, it’s just odd to see from a guy who vehemently condemns runners
@@aficionadoavacado559 Yeah, he runs because others do it, too, and complains because of how often he gets reprimanded for not upholding so called "honor codes" by the community. What other choice would he have, just stand there and let them run? Think of how many times you seem to be having "honorable" 1v1s in Elim, and then when the enemy is losing they decide to just run away and then gank you when you're the last one alive on your team. It only makes sense that you would do it too, especially when the enemy runs because they're trying to a get a shield or health boost to help them survive. If anything its much of the playerbase that are hypocrites in this game mode.

Elim is honestly more fun to watch when people just say fck honor rules and just play but watching people run away from fights ESPECIALLY at the beginning of the round is so lame, like it’s a fighting game so fight. Win and then you can do whatever you want.
I thought this gameplay was hella boring.
With honor its like a tournement, wich is way more fun to watch.

I just got back into For Honor. I main Kensei, but i love this new character. He can pretty much hit you with an unlimited combo if you know how to pull it off.

The bash is really good and even tho i use it like crazy that thing needs to feed more revenge it should give you way WAYYYY more. You'll be dodging it 5 times when being ganked and it would be better to die and spawn behind the enemy instead of try to fight em

I don't even play that mode since it always felt like a stupid way of playing this game in general, just play how the devs intented it and stop inventing "honorable" stuff that doesn't even makes sense with all of the character perks and buffs in the map.
People fail to understand that this game is called FOR Honor not WITH Honor.

Why do people act as if using your feats in Elim is a bad thing or not "honorable". That's what they are there for. To be used. The warmonger is within her right to use her feats at any time and anybody is within their right to do whatever they want in this game. This is why some people don't take any of this "honor" crap seriously. That's on top of nobody in this game mode being "honorable" considering that time and time again, they will continue to revive teammates if there is just one guy left demolishing all of them, as shown in many of nova's videos.
99% of the players in Elim will do this because they don't want to lose yet they will prance around acting as if they are honorable players because they don't gank. There is no logic in any of this and I'm assuming that's why nova has just said screw it and plays however he wants to win, because that's what everyone else is doing.

@@guy2006 No, it doesn't work in elimination. Whenever he died when he had it he had to wait for a revive. Either way, running when you're low is the smart thing to do. You'll probably die fighting, so if you run even the smallest chance of getting away is worth it.

Look if y'all care about honor so much and don't want to gank than go play duels or brawls. Elim is inherently unbalanced for 1's cause of the buffs and feats. I'd rather get ganked than have to deal with someone who after winning their fight runs to get all the buffs and then interrupts my exe to make sure they keep the advantage.

I love ocelotl but I hate that almost all of his inputs are so slow compared to other hero’s and the only hyper armor he has is his zone that’s easy to dodge

This isn’t flawless, you’re in a 1v1 external guarding the enemies teammate. If his teammate wasn’t there you would’ve lost that duel.

Nova was talking about honor bc the wm tried to make them 1v1 and then when nova won the wm tried to keep him from getting buffs to make it an equal 1v1. It's not nova pretending he's honorable it's that the other guy is only honorable when it benefits him

nova the typa player to attack idle bystanders and then whine about honor when hes not allowed to get buffs
When he was trying to fight the wm and her teammate the wm kept running to make it a honorable 1v1. But when nova tried to get buffs to make their 1v1 even the wm tried to stop it.
Or I’m pushing for them to gank me deliberately to make it clear that I don’t mind doing an outnumbered fight, then find it ironic that they have tried to be ‘honourable’ in not attacking me and think it’s fair to duel me when I have 20 health and they have 200 health
