It really doesnt have more post-game content than most games earlier than gen 6. Base game has virtually none outside of fighting a few dynamax pokemon, the isle of armor was designed to be played alongside a regular playthrough, otherwise you just steamroll it with a postgame team. Crown Tundra adds a bit, but the problem is its a paid DLC, not just base game. On top of the base game being more expensive than any mainline pokemon game before it. Johto had Kanto as a postgame, RSE had the battle frontier which is widely regarded as one of the best post games in any game. SS's base post game is comparable to XY and SM, and with DLC its really not much better.
In my experience and opinion Ppl usually complain about the lack endgame and the Villian team. Like after gen 5 the endgame of a base pokemon game has been reduced each gen. As for the villian we went from a good twist villian to one that is normal one

People, when making fangames, tend to not look as to why some Pokemon have those typings. For dark, it's usually Immediate hostile behavior, with a few exceptions because of misinterpretation, such as Absol, for example. Luxray doesn't have the typing because it doesn't have immediate Hostile Behavior. For those who want a TL;DR, Read the Pokedex entries.

It's hard enough getting event exclusive Pokemon, but to try and collect *every single species* of Pokemon - which includes all designs of Spinda, all Shiny Pokemon, all forms of Vivillon, and all designs of Shiny Spinda... 0:32 I KNOW someone will say otherwise, but let me explain why. When you saw Scraggy for the first time, what typing did you expect it to have, probably something like Fighting/Dragon, Right? It's fighting/Dark. Now when you see a Pokemon like Necrozma's base form, what do you expect it's typing to be? At least dark type, right? Wrong. It's not. People, when making fangames, tend to not look as to why some Pokemon have those typings. For dark, it's usually Immediate hostile behavior, with a few exceptions because of misinterpretation, such as Absol, for example. Luxray doesn't have the typing because it doesn't have immediate Hostile Behavior.
