Genius!! His phone goes off. He is the presenter. He is sorry and mildly embarrassed. If mine goes off that would be rude.. let me turn mine off and forgive for his going off

I love understanding human nature and how we function. It’s fascinating and Rory makes it entertaining at the same time. Fabulous.

BEST marketing ever was a jeweler how advertised to the Mother in Law: Shouldn't your rock get an upgrade...? 90% uptake.

Heteroskedasticity is unequal variance of residuals over a range of values.
In regression analysis, heteroskedasticity results in an unequal residual scatter of residuals -or ‘error term’.

The world becomes more like that simply because of the prevalence of the model. That's heavy, to think the cultural narrative has a self-fulfilling element to it

'Where the rubber hits the road' you might say, but that's what's so refreshing about his approach - he really seems to be encouraging a creative response to your life as a whole rather than just creating 'utility' for your business. You might say he even flips 'it's the journey, not the destination' but with a warning that you should make sure that YOU really want to go to that destination.

I agree. it has quite a few nuggets of wisdom. I was in sales for nearly 30 years and this is information I wish I had available to me when I started out.
