havva88 I know, right?...she's laughing as she says it. And they're in a restaurant, having coffee, so she's eating and drinking (as anyone would be, if they meet someone over coffee). Yet, because it's Sonam, people in these comments automatically hate her and criticize every little thing. Yeah...she's a bit of a ditz. And fidgets a little. That's a common behavior for a lot of people. It's her natural personality. There's nothing wrong with that, but let's hate it...because it's Sonam! Seriously, I wish people would just lay off her. Reading some of these comments is just shocking.
caomhan84 In that context, we differ in perception. Being seniority comes with quality and experience and to me Rajkumar ranks way much higher on that than Sonam. Infact, even the most senior and experienced actors refrain from calling themselves senior infront of their colleagues, out of respect. Moreover, unlike Sonam, Rajkumar did not have the star background to help him launch himself earlier, otherwise the seniority part would just be void, both in essence and in practise :)

I don't deny she worked hard in her movies, but no one can deny what Rajkummar Rao has been trying to tell her: She had the upper hand from the very beginning. It was a cakewalk for her with a successful father. She CHOSE to take 5 years to get her first movie when she totally could've sooner, but outsiders don't have that kinda privilege.
She is saying that here watch her old interviews where she said she was not prepared for sanvariya and was working as AD when bhansali randomly said why don't you work in a film
She wa stay she had to lose weight and go through makeovers with her fathers Monday that's the only hard work at ka east acknowledge the privilege instead of trying to prove that she had to struggle

I think she won a NA just so that the late Neerja Bhanot was honoured. Nothing to do with acting really that’s why it was a special mention award rather than acting itself. This was one of times that NA disappointed along with Saif for Hum Tum, Arjun Rampal for Rock On! and Akshay Kumar for Rustom.

The contrast here is that when Rajkumar speaks about his role as an actor, he focuses on explaining art and method of acting which will take us quite closer into what it takes for one person to be able to get into several characters written on scripts. But when Sonam speaks it's all about one person and that is her. This is the clear evident situation happening in the video.
Thats literally just not true. She speaks about her co stars, her experience with directing and directors. She speaks about her preparation process and method as well.
Rajkumar Rao deserved to be on this interview with an actor on his level, you guys missed this opportunity.

- as an actor one should work on the outcome of sounds, but her voice is irritating
- if she had not been Anil Kapoors daughter, she would not have anything to do with films
- btw: Abhishek Bachan could stay in the industry even after 17 flops! Star child. Sonam puzzles me. I love all her interviews because she's smart and confident, but when she's talking about her method and dedication to her acting it feels like she's talking about someone else.
