I painted a portion of this place. The view is understated on camera, looks better in person. They did good work on this one. The guy handling the reno was meticulous.
The bathroom tiles are so gorgeous! I love the mint penny rounds and the pops of color in between the terra-cotta tiles. The wallpaper is such a lovely accent in each of the bedrooms: they add a nice touch of whimsy while also being muted enough that the patterns aren’t overwhelming everything else. So tasteful and thoughtful! When can I move in? 😆 😉
Very nice colors and textures. the only issues for me is that the small bedrooms with busy wallpapers become a bit too much and take away the calmness a bedroom should have
Very nice! I'm pleasantly surprised to see a home with so much style and color... but I'm a bit perplexed as to how this video made it past the beauty censors at House & Home. I guess the color Nazis had the day off or something. Anyway... good job!

So the lady talking us through their twelve month renovation is the Owner. Perhaps you would have preferred more of the technical and construction story from her husband? 😉

Love everything, but the painted fireplace and charmed wood, hideous actually, some items should stay original. Other than that she did a great job
