In fact, here’s one of my favorite dupatta drapes, where we used a single dupatta as both a head and body veil, giving it a vintage, timeless feel

There are a ton of people to help at a wedding, also you can first remove the blouse and cut the thread later. A pin could tear the fabric and might come open and peak her while she sits down.

Stiching is better as it won’t rip the dupatta like a safety pin does in this case.

Note for the people complaining about the stitch put on the dupatta after wearing it as inauspicious: it saves the garment from damage caused by pins 📌 and safety pins. Nothing unlucky about it coz she is STANDING UP AS IT IS DONE. It is only unlucky if you lie on the floor like dead bodies are placed traditionally.
