I am dealing with emotional scars from a mistake I made at work. I felt as though I was being replaced. After working by myself for over 2 years i turned a failing business into a profitable one. My bosses then brought in someone to take over and I felt I was slowly being replaced. I was asked to stay home for some time and so I did something before I left so that they would see they needed me. But things didn't go that way. Instead of calling me to fix the situation , they used it as fuel to let me go. I keep trying to go back in time wishing I had just did things differently, but I am so glad for Joel's message. I don't have to feel saddened by my mistakes. I felt bitter because I thought my coworkers would come to my defense, someone I considered close took the job behind my back and tried to use my mistake against me. That mistake allowed me to realise I needed to grow and move on. I got a new job just a few weeks after. I realise now noone can use my mistakes against me, I have confessed my sins and God is breathing new life into me.

God trusted me with my scars since 3 years old and i said he prepared me 35 years later for my stroke and left side paralysis now i was 38 then and now i am 50 now at 49 i had my heartattack but God brought me through yet again. I dont complain about my sickneses or scars because i know what God did for me and i thank him every day. Lord i love you and i thank you for Joel and his ministry i learn so much from this man. Joel Osteen has healed me from my depression and anxiety. Everyday I listen to Joel then I start my day. I had to push my self and get my day started even though I had no job. I had faith and have faith that everything will get better. I didn’t know how I was going to pay my bills with no money in my bank account and i didn’t let that worry me. I went on with my day because I figured god will somehow help me. Oh what a wonderful message. I can relate to the self inflicted wounds. I was a closted homosexual and even entered into incest with an older male relative at one point in my life. I did not think I could ever be saved, the enemy had me convinced that my past was too shameful to be a saved child of God. The Lord showed me mercy, He gave me grace and now I am saved. Well able to share my testimony with others. Able to tell others that nothing can disqualify anyone of us from receiving God's love.

When I was a child I was neglected by my parents and sisters but I felt God there by my side. I grew up with trust issues but I also had a confidence that could only come from God. It is so amazing how God used this very message in a Joel Osteen book, EXACTLY the minute I went to God, as I began to realize the truth of one of the most extreme personal invasions against me in my life. I feared I would be deeply wounded, & what this was going to do to me. I always run to God for help, at the first moment of need, & read Bible based resources of many types. This is when God gave me this message in his book- "God will turn your scars into stars for His glory. Trust in God & He will turn your disappointments around." It hit me so deeply-- no therapist or anyone could have given me such a Word, as to hear it EXACTLY the minute I was praying about a deep wounding, that came on top of a series of deep wounding of abuse. The Spirit of God truly has been my Healer. I am so thankful. I am so glad to have found this whole sermon on this Word from heaven, from God, a true Word working the healing & power of God in me. I am so grateful to All Mighty God for Joel! I have suffered so many injuries in my life and this sermon has brought me to tears...of joy. Someday, I hope my scars can give hope to other wounded souls because through Jesus my Lord and King our heavenly Father has miraculously healed me. Praying with and for you. I'm sure this time feels beyond difficult. But it's NOT IMPOSSIBLE to HEAL and grow from it. I know what it's like to experience extreme loss in the midst of equal chaos. The pain felt like it was too deep to get to. Until I realized there's nothing too deep for that GOD given light placed in me. NO MATTER HOW DEEP the darkness felt. The peace I have now is one I couldn't even dream of in the midst of that pain. But NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR FOR THE GOD IN US. You are stronger than you know. And I pray that strength, endurance and inner peace is increased in your life

When I was a child I was neglected by my parents and sisters but I felt God there by my side. I grew up with trust issues but I also had a confidence that could only come from God. I didn't long to be popular and felt different than everyone around me. Even though the scars are there I'm thankful I had God there to help get through it. I can testify He's the father of the fatherless and I am forever grateful ❤
