Langley AFB, home of the 1st Fighter Wing with their F-22's. Lived in England from 1985 to 1988 while stationed at RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge. Home of the 81st Tactical Fighter Wing. We had 120 A-10's between 6 Squadrons. I lived Claydon and Saxmundham, Suffolk County. We were about 85 Northeast of London. Definitely had to learn the Queen's English. And definitely a different language in Scotland. Great times and experience living over there. Miss it.
So I’m surprised you don’t have some 2 foot or 4 foot V-boards for the boxes or bags, I liked them because you can crank down on the load with out destroying the product- and then use a furniture pad to protect my tarps, but yes having a place to put them and that weight- but I used them and enjoyed having them, I enjoy watching you and Bailey being out there, now go Home, and spend sometime with the Misses - God Bless, drive Safe. 🤠♥️🐾🦴✝️🌟🌹🌲🇺🇸
Thanks Dan for an insight into your glamorous life on the road and the days you are way from your home and family Take care and thanks for your time making interesting videos 🌵🇬🇧👍

Hi Dan, always look forward to watching your videos here in England , even acquired a USA road atlas to follow your progress. I assume your father was with US forces in Uxbridge, used to be a big base at Upper Heyford and still is at Lakenheath.

Ago everything has changed I can say not for the better stay safe & stay loaded.
Safe Travels. Love ❤❤❤❤ Miss Bailey. Take good care of your Wife, she’s the glue that holds everything together back home (but I know that already. Give Miss Bailey a hug, smooches, & scratches behind each ear. I sent a Sympathy Card to Buckingham Palace when Queen Elizabeth passed away & am sending King Charles a Get Well Card in the next day or so.
I was not aware that Mercer comes up to Canada but i saw a Mercer truck/trailer in Eastern Ontario this past week. He had a blue Freightliner Cascadia and pulling a tandem flabed full of skidoo's or seadoo's. I dont know where he was heading as we were parked at a Walmart but he didnt get out of the truck.
i had a load once, actually it was a swap load, swapped loads at a rest area in Ohio then had to make a next delivery in St. Paul. had 2 stops. one was an alley loading dock across from some rr tracks. didnt want to blind side in so went around thru restricted residential to get across the tracks to delivery point. really sucked cause it was uphill for the forklift to unload, then it blew a hydralic line spewing all that fluid over my trailer making it slippery to unload the rest of the products. taught me never to volunteer for another swap. i slept for 24 hrs before i went back on the road after that.
Jeep JUST EMPTY EVERY POCKET, trust me. I've got s 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport XJ 4.0 literr 4x4, just spent $ 1,400 on a computer and wiring issues. Stay safe Super Trucker Dan and miss Bailey
I enjoy your videos, it reminds me of when I was over the road for a brief period of time. Tell your wife to trade that Jeep for a Toyota, it’s way more reliable.
Dan Dan the professional flat deck man. As stated by one of your loyal viewers your tarp jobs are works of art and I second that also. You have been out for a few weeks now. It’s not hard to talk to someone on the phone for awhile when you don’t see them for weeks. Sometimes those little short trips pay the best and it did get your near the barn and now you have a nice safe place to stay until you get the load you want to do. I still yearn to go back out but things are not like what they use to be like out on the road. I might be the square peg trying to get in a round hole. Anywho Dan another fine video, thanks for posting. Have a great and a safe day. Happy trails to you, D..
Dan, love to watch your videos my dad was a truck driver for 35 years I always wanted to go with him but never could. Like to see the different places you go.
The Content You provide Dan is Top Notch.. I totally get it and understand if You Can You Can , If You Can't You Can't.. Sometimes the Timing doesn't Permit and I'm sure the quicker you can get unloaded and on to the next pickup... Yada Yada.. Carry On Sir..
How it going Dan Some of the comments on here about your wife Dan , They must be new subscribers , They do not know that she drove truck with you and she still can drive today , I know you know how to load the trailer , but What I would do at the back of the trailer put something in a pocket and let the loader know that's where you want to start loading and go forward with it on some of your loads , Little Bailey's looking and thinkin , You get all the presents dad where's my present at 😂😂 be safe out there take care yourselve Dan
Man you zipped through the tunnel. That’s usually a real bitch with traffic jams all the time. You got lucky. Later….i live near that truck stop in Raphine. Wish I saw your truck there I would have stopped and said hello.

Dan, I don't think your tarp jobs get enough love. They truly are works of art. It's not hard to see you've mastered the art. And it is an art.
They are amazing!
Hi Dan , there's no way I could talk to my wife for two hours all in the same day . Thanks for the video.
She is a good lady to have in your life. Thanks Teresa for being an awesome truckers wife.

Could you review your mapping/navigation process? Specifically how you route to new construction that doesn't yet have an address or even a road name.

60,000 miles on a Jeep is like having 350,000 miles on a Toyota
Is there a premium paid when you have to turn and burn like that?
Will you ever instruct a another driver on your truck?
620 miles in 24 hours is more than plenty…

If they can put rear steer on a monster truck, why not a Dorsey flatbed 🤔
Sum trailers do have them!!!! All in what customers spec the trailer out

Jeep Cherokee the most unreliable vehicle in the USA at the moment! Not sure if that includes your year/model!
Dan, when you lived in England did you learn to speak much English?
