we bought this machine and our cases keep melting, do you have an exact settings on what temperature and time we should be using (we tried almost every possible setting). Also, if the issue may be in the blank sublimation cases that we got do you sell cases that wont melt during this process (black & white)?
I bought this same machine. But the pictures are coming out too bad . I have the printer from Epson which is a good quality one. I dont know if the problem is because of the machine itself. Can you guide me ?
Hello, i have st2030 sublimation machine, but how i can print the picture on the sublimation paper without templates of the phones ? its difficult to get the sizes for sample iphone 6. Do you know where i can find the templates (sizes) of the phones ?
I have exactly the same a machine and all the covers I do the corner do not come out right either have lines on or do not print properly could you help please? Also my machine has a long tube coming out the back of it and your machine doesn't just a hole of where it comes from do I need the tube or not?
