Anthony this is how it works if she moves out she has every right to take her son with her. She could file for custody of the child and you would only be able to get him on the weekends and through the summer. That’s how it works. Bella doesn’t do drugs there is nothing by the law that will have her not have custody and same goes for u but kids need to be with they mother. The court will decide that for y’all if y’all Cnt come to an agreement. But by law she qualifies to be with him full time unless they find her to be unfit mother. 🤷♀️ u saying u don’t want you kid to be taken away from you but have you ever thought about how Bella feels not having her son with her… your only thinking of yourself. Your not thinking about how this is affecting the mother and her son, your son.
