Saw another video the other day where someone figured out the centering problem with conveyor belts. If you build one of the rising ones and have it go straight into a funnel with another conveyor below, it'll be nearly perfectly centered and will flow into your sorters better.
Pretty sure Drae is slowly going more insane with each episode on this system. Also wonder if the dev can't solve some of the issues by having items "home in" into the centre of the belts and funnels, since it seems like a major flaw to have objects get caught like that on the sides of machines that they're supposed to go into.
In all honesty after getting 30 hours into this game. I see all these crazy setups with only 20 ram drills yet there's no need for them. You can place them side by side with conveyer belts taking the items to sort and use very little space

This mode lets you scoop up with magnet then anything you hover over with the center target will be added to the holding device even if it appears to be outside the container handy for picking up messes without needing a magnet staff or for what you are doing now. It can also be used to scoop up full boulders of dirt into pans for the largest nuggets. No more dropping clumps of dirt into a pan and hoping they fit.

I found the best way to put full bars in crucible is to get it hot and look directly down on it, holding E you should be able to fit it, and it will melt instantly instead of going all glitchy if the crucible is hot enough.

very good system , however, you could improve it by making 2 lines of grinders instead of one (this would stop blockages like large dirt clumps) apart from that , great system!

Drae, you should download a mod that makes the mouths of the crucibles wider. MikesPC1080p actually got himself that mod and it works quite well for him.

You can easy melt down the Bars. Holt "E" and drag the crucible over the Bars to Pick them up. IT works great and easy ;) keep going this project 👍🏼

you could make a ramp and funnle to put the ore in more of the middle parts of a conveyor but its not very efficent

If you use the magnet on the bars put them in a funnel over a cauldron it’ll make it a lot easier than individual placement of the bars
