Hello. Sorry, the rulers are still visible, but I am moving these out of sight, out of the campus. First, use [Tool]-[Object Tool] and touch one of the lines of the ruler, and a small mark will appear on the ruler line, so grab it and move it out of the campus. Since there are six ruler lines, you can move all of them to activate the ruler without keeping it in view.
The vertical ruler may not be enabled. Click on the vertical ruler in the Object tool. Click on the diamond symbol near the circle to activate the ruler. If the color of the ruler changes from green to purple, the ruler is activated. Sorry if I gave a different answer to your question.

ありがとうございます！この動画では横着して常に定規にスナップしちゃってるのですが、ラフで建物や配置のアタリを描く時や真っ直ぐの線を描く時以外は、スナップをOFFにしてフリーハンドで描いたりするともっと楽に描けると思います！図じゃなくて絵を描いてるので、自由に描く妨げになりそうだったら、スナップして使うのはちょっとだけにするとかしてみて下さい！
最近絵を描くモチベーションが上がらずにモヤモヤしているところでこの動画を見つけ久々に面白そうという興味だけで絵を描くことが出来ました！！素晴らしい動画をありがとうございます！！

Select the [View] menu > [Snap to Special Ruler] OFF,
or hide Isometric ruler of layer in Layer Palette.

It means "snow mushroom" and "snow mycelium" in Japanese.
