This guy took chases with the whole team, and spread pressure, spread hooks and downs. Tunneling is specifically going way out of your way to kill one particular survivor and ignoring everyone else.

It’s also the easiest attack to 360. Hell it’s hit box is so specific, it’s why I love facing demos. If they constantly hit you with shred, they’re either good or chose a good time to use it. You really can’t take the hit reg on it for granted XD

This game is super unbalanced. Only way to win is if you’re playing SWF. Other than that, this game is terrible because of the cross platform system. Can’t depend on teammates that don’t have any synergy. I play killer sometimes and when I do, I wipe the floor with survivors every time and I’m a noob. Unless they are playing SWFs then I have trouble
@@mik2dae143 I mean, thats the point? THe game is based on Horror Movies and Tropes. The whole point of the game is that the Survivors are trying to SURVIVE against a UNSTOPPABLE KILLER.
You ever just tunnel all 4 survivors at once?
When you're playing well and winning chases quickly it really can feel like that sometimes. You look up and suddenly realize 3 of them are on the hook and the 4th is injured.
Only true killer mains can tunnel the entire team at once and camp the whole map

You played unfair. As the survivor rulebook says. Here in section 937 chapter 4 entry 1038, “Killers are NOT allowed to use their power and all killer mains” (such as myself) “cannot enjoy the game and must uninstall the game”
Honesly both the survivor and killer rulebook is just stupid. As like I main both survivor (shirtless David king) and killer (legion). As I just want to have fun and I don't care how you play. As long as your chill in endgame we are good. As people are shocked when I mention killer rulebook. Cause when I am David I always get told. I am toxic cause I looped them. Then they say I need to sit still and let them kill me.

No such thing as a killer rule book. Survivors can play however they want, however their actions will result in tunneling or camping. Play toxic, get toxic.

5 minutes to give up?!? When i play survivor it wont be even 1 minute before the first guy disconnects then the next within 10 seconds then me n the last guy just run at killer to get it over with while still getting a few bloodpoints or maybe part of a tome challenge done
It really is pretty simple:
Survivors: stop expecting the killer to sacrifice their fun to appease you. It’s a competitive game and the killer wants to win just like you do. They don’t have to play by your set of rules. Respect their gameplay style and adapt accordingly. Don’t be toxic/cry if you lose.
Killers: stop tunneling and camping survivors. I get that you want to win but you can win the match without ruining the game for the other players. I’ve seen killers way too often either just stand at the hook until the survivor dies or stay close enough with a 3 gen set up that whenever they get unhooked the killer just tunnels them and doesn’t even give them a chance. That’s a bit ridiculous and competely ruins the game for them. Have a little courtesy and give them a chance to at least play the damn game. You can still win without doing that bs.
@@tj9287 to be fair i think tunneling is a pretty balenced and easy to countet tactic, i mainly play killer and if i tunnel then its for good reason, for example if a survivor is a nucence, toxic or just a very good player then its best to get them out of the game early, but i agree on camping

Imagine if killers started making rules
1. Can't work on two gens at the same time.
2. Gotta wait at least one minute after finishing a gen to work on another
3. Can only use one loop at a time.

@@justmonika2345 it makes a bit of sense to agree to some thing. As a bubba main, I generally try not to face camp unless the door is opened and that’s the only kill I’ll get the entire game. Imo it’s not fun for me or the survivor to catch them, hook them and then stare at them until they die on hook or someone comes to try and trade. Sure I’m guaranteed a kill every time but it’s boring to just stand there and do nothing

Imagine crying after burning 2 hook offerings, Haddonfield, having a key, being in a SWF and STILL getting absolutely dominated by demo who was also playing super fair. They are mad because they were looking to bully a killer and they got absolutely rolled. You did a good thing Spooky, I'd have felt bad for a less experienced killer having to go up against their bullshit.

I didn't realize it was illegal to use killer powers to get kills as a killer.
As a farming killer, I'll expect survivors not to do any gens and stand still while I farm them for BP.
I'm sure survivors are willing to throw the game in every match for me and not play objectives.
Demo main here, I've been whined to so often by survivors that I "tunnel" with my portals by going back to the same side of the map as the hooked person right or before they got unhooked. The reason? I went to the other side of the map and found NO ONE. No one took my heat, so I went back and even went after the rescuer. I might tap the unhooked person to get a STBFL stack off BT and then ignore them, but if they don't have BT that person gets farmed. Apparently that's my fault and not the rescuer's fault.
@@justmonika2345 yea as a demo main I have people claim tunnelling on gens when I place a portal near a Gen and patrol on a huge ass map like red forest which is just me patrolling lmao, survivor entitlement is crazy

He's part of the SWF- since he brought that map offering, which is shit. Also if you look at their perks- it's plain tryhard and is searching to bully killers.

@@HyunXP At the end of the day, its a game, and taking a certain build, item, or offering doesn't automatically make you a bully. Though going out of your way to literally make the game unenjoyable for someone isn't exactly the coolest thing to do, people all play games differently, and get enjoyment differently. Sometimes tunneling, or just flashlight trolling is how people have fun, and that's they're allowed to do that.

I have literately played against this team... they were the same exact way in my game
I went against this team, too. At the time i mained Hag and they bmed me throughout the entire match after doing the same to me, minus the key and instead two flashlights. Looking back, they weren't very happy that i brung franklins, if i'm correct.

The fact that those survivors made Spooky upset is really sad they ruined his vibe and he was so respectful about everything.......and even wished a good night and thanked them for the game
I love the parts where you purposely dropped at least two chases and switched to the unhookers so it wouldn't be tunneling; yet they still called you a hard tunneler.

@@haenyo6462 Tunnel Vision is Bad and will cost you the match, there's a few killers like Bubba who are broken in the Face Camp field, but overall the game is very Survivor Sided and the Devolpers really want Bubba to get his 1k, but 90% of the Killers in Game shouldn't be an issue....Myers seems problematic, played a game with a Face Camping Myers, best I could do was Trade myself for the Three Escape, which was whatever- Still an Easy Three Escape,
If I had better timing on when Evil WithinIII wears off I could of maybe made something happen, but this game really opened my eyes to myers being an issue similar to Bubba, the only real issue is a few killers are broken.

@@NM-jd9ck Bruh this guy went from T3 to T2 back to T3 in like 5seconds camping an open field hook...We got the Three Escape, best we could do on hook was Trade and that's the issue it was a Free 1k (Maybe ASI Player could of delt with-it, I was trying to time the hook rescue at the exact moment T3 wore off and I was a little off on that aspect, but survivors have no
indication as to when T3 is gonna roll off, like maybe a Myers Main might have a good feel for it or know the exact amount of time T3 last, so you could count it out...But holy shit you get an open field hook and his stalk is like 5seconds and done....I reorded this match because it highlighted the issue; I've been a Rank 1 Survivor since 2019 not just getting Rank 1 but holding-it...
This was crazy. Some survivors come in guns blazing and then attack the killer if they can’t bully them like they want, it’s just ridiculous. You played incredibly fairly and I hope they all learned a valuable lesson and that they don’t attack people in end game chat in the future.
Seeing Spooky kinda angry is more scary than any jumpscare that the game could throw at survivors
I am have about 25 hours in DBD right now and as you can imagine, I am learning the ropes. My first match as killer I did alright with two kills only to be met in the chat afterwards with “hook camper, toxic POS”. I didn’t even know that was a think! I hadn’t even heard of tunnelling until like hour 15!
Your final comment on this video about new players etc really hit home for so thank you for trying to educate players in the community that not all of us have 1000s of hours invested! 😊
As someone who mostly plays survivor I used to think that i got tunneled a lot.. it wasn't until recently when i went up against a large streamer and watched the vod back and realized i just played like a buffoon. Hopefully after the salt they learned from their mistakes and make an effort to realize how they can play better and a little bit more smarter and learn what the true definition of tunneling/camping etc is...
I’m glad you learned! It’s easy to think the killer is only focusing on you when you don’t see all the other stuff they are doing in a match but if you play killer a bit you’ll realize playing killer is a LOT of work. I play survivor to relax and killer when I feel like sweating lol
Sadly, survivors that burn those offerings in a SWF and still DC and rage probably won't learn. Here's to hoping though!

I think the issue is that as a survivor you probably only see the killer when they go after you, a good killer will be giving constant pressure and will seem like they're coming after you constantly. I'm not good enough to reach that point but I've seen videos where all 4 survivors seem to think that they were the one getting tunneled when it was actually just a really good killer going after the whole team.
@@Eclipsed_Embers yeah especially on a map like Hawkings when killer runs the extended Radius perk ugh feel like I’m always in a chase and they’re nowhere near me.
You can practically hear their tears. Same type of people, that when they win, they tell the killer how bad they are. Just poor sports all around.

I was there for this, and I was flabbergasted. To be honest you were WAY more fair and patient with your gameplay and handling them in chat than I would have been.
I've had a survivor call me out for camping a hook and I watched the VOD and it was because their Nancy looped me NEAR the hook, not even on top of it, and they let their teammate hit second stage.
Sometimes survivor goggles are a thing.
Omg they love to circle a hook and then call you a camper for not just leaving them there to get a free save.
Survivor Logic at its best. You were more than fair, I wouldn't have been.

Two this community uses the word toxic to lightly. Tunneling and camping are not toxic whatsoever. Now things like letting a survivor bleed out while constantly hitting at them and/or being very disrespectful (aka racism, sexism, homophobic) in end game chat is toxic.
If a camping/tunneling killer is considered "toxic" than a survivor can also be considered "toxic" for bringing keys and other offerings that are survivor sided.
@@joshuamw93 The community has the complete wrong idea of toxicity I'd argue. Tunneling and camping are usually done out of the killer being "sweaty", not toxic. (Wanting to win at all costs) Telling people to end their lives, telling them they're worthless and horrible, etc. are ALL toxic endgame chat behaviors this community commonly engages in. (Arguably more than the 3 you mentioned which were rare even before the censors) I can't tell you how many games I've been told to kill myself, or had death threats thrown at me for playing normal killer.

Meg: Immediately unhooks dwight in my face.
Me: Rites of Judgement both, downing dwight and hurting meg. Proceed to leave dwight a second chance and chase meg.
Dwight, long after being free and healed: Fails a skill check and gets caught and hooked. No one saves him and he dies as I chase others.
Lobby chat: Why play like a 10 year old, you just got 4 reports for camping and tunneling, enjoy the perma ban.

Funny I knew I recognized these names! They brought me to Haddonfield as well, I'm not nearly as good and was practicing Wraith. Sure they beat the shit outta me, but they were really fucking toxic after chat as well. These guys are just a bunch of sweaty salty try-hards themselves.
Sounds like no matter how you play they would be assholes in post game chat. When people say the game's community is awful, people like this swf are a prime reason for that.

I really liked those wise words at the end, you just gotta realize it's a videogame made for fun, so ppl can relax after a hard day, to disconnect from harsh reality, and not get faced with more insults and mean things.
I love how the killer has to have hidden rules while survivors gen rush and have keys without as much lash back
People fail to realize that killers have the opposite goals in the game. They are free to use all of the tools or tactics at their disposal. SWFs basically have nearly all of the tracking perks for free by the innate feature of being in a SWF group. Add offerings and keys onto that formula, and it's clear that the group was just baby raging. No reason to even feed into it. Let them mald and cry to each other until they can find another killer to try to bully in order to feel like they are worth something.
I love that Spooky defends his chat, this is why he is genuinely one of my favorite streamers and one of my favorite communities. This was a fair match and I did lose it when Spooky said Oh, you were the Nea? I was the Demogorgon.
Bruh this guy is so underrated and i hate those toxic survivors throwing salt to someone that wants to have fun and wish others to have fun.

Not sure if some people don’t understand the phrase “tunneling” or they just view things differently to the majority. I once played against a SWF, one of them was streaming, I watched the match back afterwards for fun (impossible skill check doctor) and the streamer said I was tunneling every time I was simply in chase with him or one of his team mates, he literally screamed “he’s tunneling me” over and over again for every single chase that took place!
most survivor mains don't care how many chases or down or hooks you get in between them getting hooked twice but if they feel its to short they think its tunneling.
Some people use the term too loosely. Some of them think that the killer chasing them for more than five seconds is tunneling. One time I was playing with friends and one of them kept saying the killer was tunneling him every time he got in a chase, regardless of whether or not he'd been hooked recently. My other friend and I had to explain to him that being chased by the killer is not the same as being tunneled.
@@blueflare3848 Truth. It's one of those things I think people hear and repeat without thinking 'til it's watered down and has no meaning anymore. I tried to explain what tunneling was to someone once by comparing it back to the phrase it came from.. "Tunnel vision" and that conversation proved to me that you can't logic with salt. They just don't hear you past a certain point lol.

Sadly thats often not the case, if a weaker player gets tunneled the game often is over. If he would have chased nea again and again til she was out at the start, it would have been a 3v1 at 3 or 4 gens, considering their chases werent really long. Mostlikely the team would have tried to tank hits as well, so there would have been less pressure on gens.

@@Lavoye can happen, but the mayjoity of games it wont. Mostly killers recognice the weaker player in the group, and go after them. Looking back at my soloQ survivor and killer games, there are not that many survivors that could do it for 5 gens. And if a killer is smart they wont go for the ones they know that could.
@@paulawolfram77 If a team loses because of 1 player getting tunneled, that's really deserved. Often, when I play survivor and i get hooked, i look around seeing everyone else doing nothing at all. Crounching in a corner, walking around, hiding in lockers. That kind of team always loses, no matter the tunnel or not. If everyone's on a gen, then 3 gens get done by the time someone gets hooked for the first or second time. So if the killer loses his time tunneling or camping, the 2 other gens are gonna get done. Unless you suck real bad, that's how things happen when that's the case. If not, it's most likely because everyone that's not tunneled are waiting around at the same time for the opportunity to unhook or just wandering around doing nothing.

They have everything in their favor and still lost. It's like having military gear and weapons in DayZ, and losing it all to a solo with a double barrel

Survivor entitlement is one of the reasons I quit this game, it’s all ways my fault for their team crumbling, no matter what.
Yeah this game used to be fun but now is just crawling with toxic parasites that do nothing but bully one another for their mistakes and make it look competitive when is not. Is a shame because this is such a wonderful love letter for horror fans but these people just had to come and ruined it for everyone

I think they were backpedaling in the end, saying, "you should see it from my perspective", they're admitting you did nothing wrong there, that it only seemed that way from their perspective. They just don't wanna embarrass themselves by admitting they're wrong. (Which embarrasses further instead)
They’re so disingenuous as well. They say they wanted an outdoor map because they’ve had a lot of indoor, but they choose Haddonfield, notable for strong loops and low hook count, and lessen the hooks further with Oak offerings. In this way, they ruin their own credibility.

It still happens when you play against other console players. I got messaged by an entire team of console survivors these days after they all got killed in like, 5 minutes or so, then I decided to allow only friends to message me.
Could still happen. Which is even more crazy because typing is usually much harder on console. They have to be really salty to spend time typing
you tunneled with your portals because you quite literally have to dig through a tunnel to get to the exit lol
I want to play killer so bad sometimes but my anxiety from people tea bagging me, following behind me, flashing lighting me every second I do anything, stops me from even trying some nights. I am by no means great at this game and just want to play for fun and get to play as some of my fav killers. I also have blocked all messaging to me unless you are my friend due to people sending me "you suck messages". It is just a game and it shouldn't be so stressful. I've watched a bunch of your videos on you tube and think you are a fair killer, I always notice you go after people equally and let others run away. Love your content and think you are hilarious. :D Keep it up.
For such a strong Survivor map they failed to use resources in their favor its not your fault you played at your rank and they didn't. They just should have been an adult and apologized imo
You played 100% fair, even if I was a survivor through my perspective I would know 1000000% you weren't tunneling. To me if you hooked me once and hook no one else and soon as I am unhooked you go out of your way to down me and 2nd hook me and still hook no one else and I get off and you go for me again to take me out of the game that is tunneling. You went basically One by One and went for survivors that you could catch . You played fair

The only thing that annoys me as killer is when survivors won't leave because they want you to come to the gate so they can tea bag before they leave
@@DeosPraetorian That's when you just walk away and find things to farm for bloodpoints. At that point they're forced to do one of three things:
1) Leave like they should have been doing
2) go find you and risk getting hooked for their trouble
3) get eaten by the entity
Either way, they never get the satisfaction
People keep claiming camping and tunneling to the point that those two words have lost its original meaning
The meaning of camping and tunneling is like the word literally.
Both words are spelt the same now, B U B B A. Although Spooky has shown in a previous video that a Bubba doesn't need to camp to get a 4k, so many opt for a full face camp it's incredible. What's stranger is that when a team is faced with a camping bubba they still go for the saves, when they could get 3 or 4 gens done if the hooked guy is prepared to wait it out. Hang time is a bitch but first hook gives you a lot of it, and if your team is co-ordinated you can get the escape and sometimes even the hooked survivor can outscore the bubba. If he'll still face camp when the doors are opening well, that hooked guy dies a hero.
The chase at 4:47 is all the proof you need that you weren't tunneling. You could have easily downed that Nea right away again, but you made the active choice to let her play the game and chase the other person who was healthy. That is 100% not tunneling case closed. The fact that they were still salty is insane.

Omg this reminds me. As a brand new player I was in a game as survivor and 3 escaped 1 was caught. We all were on last hook having rescued each other so had to leave the poor wretched soul. After the match they started arguing with me calling me selfish and all that, anyway I agreed to join their party to prove I wasn't selfish (I'll call them moody margerita or mm for short) , we started a game against a wraith in which we popped the first 4 gens easy and I had a few team member downs and hook rescues, It came down to the last gen and it was nearby so I went and did it. Where again mm went down and got hooked with the others rushing to her aid I left them to it while I popped the gen, my success was met with their failure as both got downed. I was new so was like wtf do I do. The killer found me and I looped him and lost him as fast as I could reviving the two downs as wraith was guarding. Finally baiting the wraith to follow me I looped him around and around the best I could around high ground only for the safely unhooked mm to run into me and get killed again along with her simp friends. The messages accusing me of sabotage and being a long time player were annoying but worse was the ban I got from dbd because the 3 survivors had the cheek to report me because Princess mm lost two games in a row... Jesus entitled.
Hey, I'm pretty new to the community like I've only been here a little over a month but I just want to take a moment to say that I really respect you Mr. SpookyLoopz. Seriously, I've played this game since it came out I've been involved with lots of the DbD twitch communities And you are one of the most courteous and fun to watch streamers that I found. Your message at the end of your video really hits the target. You raise awareness for an issue that could cause people especially new players not to play anymore. I was one of those new players at one point and the anxiety that I had maybe not want to play this game again but I tough through it and I'm still here playing to this day. But I appreciate what you're doing man. You're a good person. I love watching your streams. I may only lurk but just know even us lurkers are out here and some of us want to reflect the positive message that you send. Thanks for all you do man. Keep up the great work!

Your ending comments is why I subbed. I'm so tired of how toxic this world is. No one likes losing but it will happen and we need to do it with grace and the winners need not twist the knife. Because we don't know the crap people go through and they wanna play a game to add some fun in their life and even more so people wanna be social to have that sense of community and when the community just shits on each other it just shows what kind people they are.
