How does the ML metadatastore will behave now since model versioning has started do we see branches tmin the original DAG or new entry will be created for every model in metadatastore.?

It is showing pending in ssh from more than 1 hour,I restarted it and done it more than 3 times,but still pipeline status is pending.What to do?
