One rule you missed, when you play the DISCARD ALL card you have to play that card at the top and all your cards that are the same color below them so the next player can either play another discard all card or they can go that color.

My Wild Custom Card:
Wild+Shuffle: A 🔀 symbol will be shown. The player who used this card, calls out a colour, then decides the turn order. Play then continues with the new turn order set by the player who used the Wild+Shuffle Card.
