- unfortunately someone stole my catalytic I always keep an eye on my cars but looks like thieves are not worried about getting caught on cameras I found a cheap solution on eBay for $100 catalytic and sensor included I show on this video how I fix it and why it needs to be welded I hope this video works saving some money and get your Prius back on the road.

What sort of welder? MIG or stick? Should I choose wire or stick for stainless steel? My prius just got exact part stolen.

I bought the after market catalytic converter and I replaced in my Prius as well. But I having exhaust smell in my car. Did you have the same a problem? Please help.
Did you have your welded or did you use the aftermarket pipe clamp, basically you have Anaheim exhaust leak, that clamp is weak , it does not make completely sealed connections, it needs to welded .
Also he didn’t use a aftermarket catalytic converter, he used original factory cat
I put replacement catalytic with new oxygen sensor, but after 10miles of ride I got check engine po420 error. How to fix it?
My Prius has been showing that code for over 40,000 miles now. It doesn't seem to be a problem lol.

@@DaDaDanceProject The thieves have come twice since to my workplace trying to steal catalytic converter. One in June and last month, September. It’s gated community but they jump fence during daytime, 3 pm and 9 am. We have security cameras.
They did not steal it I think because it’s after market unit. I guess they want original.
