Seeing these pre-war (WW1 in this case) machines always puts a smile on your face. These automobiles were made to run forever like a good industrial machine. If an owner just cared to follow the procedures in the manual they could keep rebuilding eternally. Greed kills and it killed the automotive industry we used to have pride in.
Kudos to an owner who demonstrated what the preserved machine can do and was meant to do. Otherwise it would be like buying a piano and never playing it. 😊
Hey Rusty! Avanti! Can't wait to talk on Jan 4th, and plan on the Celebration of Brass at the Gilmore in July. We need to figure what cars we'll bring this time....Keith
The rocker arms were roller rockers Imagine that!
And it’s got exhaust cutouts !
nothing new under the sun

I love these relics from the past.
What a great owner/custodian of this marvelous machine!
I love guys like this that feel that old vehicles need to get out and about from time to time. Static museums and collections really make me sad.
😊 i love the title.
How many people even remember the phrase, runs like a sewing machine? I love these phrases from the past.
Catching this one Chrismas Day, 2024. Thank you!
Great to see footage from the Newport Hill Climb! We've been going to it for close to forty years.

Beautiful engineering from a brilliant mind.
Very well done to the owners.
This is a beautiful car and a great interview.
Cheers!
I love the part of the episode where they slam a 4loko and do a burnout for just a little bit, but also keep it safe. thank you
Back then, it was a whole process to drive a vehicle unlike todays simplistic operations.
What a gem. Prolly made in Lansing, MI
You mean Probably. (Prolly) isn't a word.
True, but it is a recognized colloquialism.

Hello.
What does it charge? I need a new zipper installed in my jacket.
Beautiful the 1910 REO but not the colors, and the front suspensions are too low
My sewing machine runs like shit.
