COLOUR & TEXTURE - Glacier Study No. 6
In this glacier study, I used the painting knife and the texture of the oil paint to create an impressionistic effect. I wanted to capture the essence of the glacier and its surroundings without being too realistic. I find that impressionism allows me to express my emotions and vision more freely than photo realism.
