Kathy, I was on another channel and the lady said she found docs stating that the expert witnesses are usually presented in phases to the defense. So Thompson presented her his guilt phase experts on that deadline, and his next deadline is Feb. 27th to present the next or rebuttal phase experts. Also, I heard that not all witnesses require a summary. Have you found this yet?
See Judge Hippler's Oct. 9, 2024 "Redacted Order Governing Proceedings and Notice of Pretrial Setting" at Pg. 2 at Paragraph C. It established what the parties were required to produce and when. It states "a list of experts intend to call at trial including a copy of the expert's report...shall be disclosed to the opposing party as follows: State's guilt phase experts December 18, 2024" and "Defense guilt phase experts January 23, 2025". Unfortunately we do not have access to what the State produced to determine if what they produced did meet the Court's requirements or not. It will be very interesting indeed to see their Response in Opposition when it does hit the docket hopefully today or Monday at the latest. Then the defense has an opportunity to file a Reply & Judge Hippler rules.
@@commercialzone4141 Yes, so it sounds like that deadline was for the guilt phase witnesses, but they have other phase witnesses. The docket is full of legal jargon that I need someone with law experience to help me understand what I read, but she was able to find a Feb. 27th deadline date for Prosecution for other witnesses. Let me see if I can find that document. If you want to see that video let me know, and I can point you to it for reference.
There are potential consequences to both sides if either side violates Judge Hippler's order. It is not possible to determine if any violation occurred as the supporting evidence is under seal and what the docket only reveals is the defense's allegations. This is why the State's Response is important. As of now, although it is still early in the day Boise time, that Response has not yet been docketed.
Thank you 😊
Thank you for keeping us up to date
Thank you Kathy. It's hard to get all the facts straight due to the secrecy. 😢
❤❤❤ Like always Thank you ❤❤❤

What happens if the state violates the court order?
