Wowwww that's a lot....dang, I guess I gotta keep shopping...I'm more Montessori style, less "stuff" less mess, less confusion, and tbey can focus more. When they have too much, they take it all out and do t know what to play with, so they end up only playing with each thing 5 seconds, and have a huge mess...so I found less is better for focusing lol but after seeing this, I need to go back to amazon!! Lol
My toddlers are obsessed with the bricks. Strongly recommend putting them together before Xmas lol

We got our girl (2 yrs) a big Minnie Mouse Lego Duplo set! And a stuffed Minnie Mouse. I like the Duplos because they don’t take forever to build things with. Some Cocomelon bath toys, Cocomelon cups, 2 fleece sleepers, and a few Mickey Mouse Clubhouse characters. For my baby boy (10 months) he got some hand-me-down toys but also a Blues Clues musical maracas set, some Dino 🦕 bath toys and a new straw cup. You guys sent our family a Melissa & Doug wooden stacking ring set last year, and I can’t thank you enough! They enjoy playing with it. Merry Christmas to you and your family 😊🎄🌟

I love toys and playing with the kids (read playing with the toys myself :P ) but I have realized I am way too lazy and exhausted to maintain and organize them like you do :( our house is already a mess :P so I will vicariously live through your videos wishing I could be half as organized as you are :P thanks for putting all these links together :O
Lucky Riley! I would have been happy with just the Barbie house as a kid! I begged my mom for the my dream dollhouse for two years in a row and never got it.

😂🤣I too have a toddler who is obsessed with bandaids & she has a doctor set...what we do is go to the dollar store and get the kids print bandaids (Scooby,wonder woman, hello kitty etc) those are the only ones she can use with her toys we buy $10 worth at least 2x a year it last while other family members randomly grab her some too, who wud of thought bandaids wud be the best gift 🙂

Love these videos! I have girls- a five year old and two year old, so I always get great ideas from you. We are looking at a stomp on rocket launcher (soft nerf style), polly pockets, American Girl “Wellie Wisher” dolls with books, and little toy “smart” watches.
The jumbo blocks are good quality. My sons 3&rough and we got them last Christmas and they’re still going strong :)
My son who will be 2.5 is also cars and trucks obsessed. There is stuff not cars related on his Christmas list to try to branch out but I know he will be most excited about the cars lol

My daughter, my granddaughter, my nephew and his son, my mother and father are all born within 10 days of Christmas. So I understand that there are extra everything because just because it’s Christmas time doesn’t mean we don’t celebrate birthdays with excitement and birthday paper and birthday cakes and things that have nothing to do with Christmas.

My daughter (almost three) LOVES Baby Alive. I would recommend “Snackin’ Lily” Baby Alive because you they can make little pieces of play doh food and then feed it to the baby and they can go #2 in the potty. 😂 (the baby alive “Sunshine Snacks” can also do this)

Omg Kayla that’s a whole lotta toys lol. I got some great ideas from this thanks! Although I gotta say I am much more on the minimalist side. I am constantly on the look for toys that my kids don’t pick up anymore so I can get rid of it. I love that you give your kids so much I however have struggled with that because I of course would love to give my kids everything that brings a smile to their face but I think I would possibly be spoiling future holidays by them getting desensitized to toys. My MIL and my husband have fought me a lot on this cause they want to spoil the heck outta them and I gotta be the bad guy. I remember growing up my 2 sisters and I got one shared big gift and we always completely cherished it and didn’t dismiss it after a month of playing. We really valued everything we got.
You have to remember this is birthday AND Christmas. This is what happens when you have babies in December. My daughter is born in December and it looks like a bought a shit ton of toys, but not really. When you spread it out for Birthday in a different month and Christmas it's a normal amount.
@@jessicaely2521 My kids are the same with their birthdays. But I still personally feel like it’s a bit much which is fine it’s her kids not mine. I just have a hard time buying a million cars and things. Like she has shown in a previous video that Jackson has a million cars already lol. My husband right now is having trouble figuring out what to get his oldest 2 kids which are 7 and 6 years old cause they got everything they ever wanted at such a young age! I’m trying to be very intentional about every gift.
So because your childhood was meager you are fighting with your husband and MIL ridiculous. They are only young once you don’t want her to grow up like you.

@@katemiller7874 First off they aren’t growing up like me by any means. If you read what I put, I grew up with 2 other siblings and had one shared toy. That is not the case at all for my kids. So you’re telling me there is no middle ground? It’s either all or nothing? Bye. Some people are so sensitive and don’t know how to hear anyone else’s thoughts or opinions if they don’t aline with their own. So close minded. I was simply sharing my thoughts on it. I never once said she should be like me or anything of that nature. Damn just cause I make a comment over something I disagree on doesn’t make it a hate comment. I love Kayla’s videos 💕
My kids got those jumbo blocks as a gift several years ago and let me tell you, it was a nightmare! They took forever to assemble and they are huge meaning they took up so much space. Yes they got played with all the time and were very well loved. But they also got crushed/tore/damaged all the time too. If you’ve got the apace and patience to deal with them and your kids take exceptional care of toys, great, if not I do not recommend.
Thanks for the feedback!! We’ll probably just store them in the basement in a bin and pull them out when we need a fun indoor thing to do! Or maybe just grab a small amount at a time!
My kids loved it. None dented but they're good with toys. They loved building forts and it was incredible for making up stories and acting them out.
It’s your job to teach them to take care of there toys.

I'm disappointed in the Toni Box in the US. EVERYTHING is super expensive. My husband is Swiss and we lived in Switzerland for 5 years. We bought a Toni Box over there for 1/2 the price of US. The exact same figurines but in German are also 1/2 price in Switzerland. Switzerland is generally super expensive compared to the US and their currency is stronger than the US. We English speakers get screwed. Side note the box was invented by Germans.
But all the other toys must be cheaper in the US than in Europe aren't they? Kayla constantly mentions huge sales and how she grabs the toys for half the actual price. I NEVER see such sales going on in Europe. If I want to buy any of these Melissa and Dough sets here in Europe I have to pay at least 60€ for each set. :/
