One thing about the test order is, most Hijackers are from China, it takes more than 30 days to receive or the order showing delivered for the test buy. Amazon won't take action until the test order showing delivered.

Great content. What do you do when step 1 fails, step 2 fails, and Amazon says your order is not valid. You placed the order, after you report it through brand registry. Hijacker removes the listing and then re-lists the following day…?

What is described in this video is not hijacking. Its simply unauthorized reselling on a listing and/or counterfeit reselling on a listing.
Hey thanks for this! What if I have a pending trademark and the hijacker is a Chinese seller. I have warned them and reported to brand registry. They won’t do anything about it. On top of all this, the hijacker is selling via FBM and the test buy will vtake 30 days to get here. Any advice?

I created an ASIN in 2015 that’s generated consistent sales. However I’ve suddenly found 3 Hijackers on the ASIN undercutting my prices. As a result I have went and got a pending Trademark and I’m recently registered in the Brand Registry.
So, now that I have a trademark and Brand Registry, any recommendations for getting the hijackers off of my listing? I’ve bought their products and they’re a cheap knock offs and the packaging isn’t even close to what I created for the ASIN.

Most of cases, a warning message doesn’t scare hijackers. What I always do is to order one piece and report.
Warning message has worked for me a lot. But yes if not then I always buy
@@TrevinPeterson It takes sometimes several weeks for the item to come-- what happens while you're waiting and they're taking your sales for weeks at a time and tanking your list with bad reviews?
What do you do if someone is selling fake items on a listing? It’s not my listing but I sell on the listing. He tanked the price by 60% and he is selling fake items. It’s hurting my sales and it’s making the listing look fake.

How I will know if this seller is a Hijack or just regular seller ?

Hey Trevin, great video. Can you only report a violation on the hijacker if your trademark serial number is registered? We are brand registered in Amazon, but the trademark is still pending, so when we go to report a violation and select our brand, we cant actually submit it. Its greyed out.
You will need to a test order and that way you will have proof and reporting a violation will be a lot easier.
@@TrevinPeterson would you report this with the normal case or through brand registry and report a trademark violation? We are brand registered but our packaging is not branded. Can we still get them taken down if our packaging is not branded?

Vendor seller account or if you listing is generic then people can come do whatever they want. Gotta get brand registry asap
This didn’t work. I tried contacting the hijacker multiple times which had no success. I’m currently waiting to receive the hijackers product but its going to take over a month. Do I just have to lose all sales this month? What other options are there?
Get brand registered and make sure your product has your logo and branding on it.
If not you just need to wait till the sample product comes from the seller
Hi Trevin, The product is branded with our logo. We are just waiting for our trademark to get approved. The hijacker is blatantly selling a counterfeit. I can’t believe Amazon just lets this slide. 😢

this day and age anyone still dumb enough to sell under branded listings without some kind of letter of authorization is just asking to get their account shut down.
People still do it all the time!! So always good to know what to do
Unless you have a registered trademark which takes 18mths (get a German one in a month) none of these methods work! Good Luck its a nightmare!

None of that worked, Cease and desist letters everybody knows about it so hijackers laugh at it.
You must have not done a test order and reported a violation. They won’t laugh at that when their account gets suspended
