    Hi Daria and all,
    Your videos and clues are amazing.
    It's a hard subject to handle, because we are working with people and each one has his approach. I mean all technics are valid and it is something that takes time. In my team we are facing excessive turnover and for new ones I have been observing and see how the best way to get trust from them. Someones is easy and fast, but anothers is really hard. Being tranasparent, giving the example and builld a fair relationship is the best way in my opnion.

      Yeah, building trust is not as straightforward as we want it to be. Really, anything related to people relationships is hard
