The ice will get you every time! Bali makes amazing coffee, it's hot out, you're sweaty, and they ask you do you want your coffee hot or iced. OF COURSE, without even thinking you'll say "Iced please". And your next few days will be spent getting to know your friend Imodium...

I know you know this but... I've always heard to be careful of the ice/water in drinks 🧊 and salads 🥗. Feeeel Betttter! ✌️❤️🔥🤘
Thank goodness you're ok now! Traveling is fun until some "unfortunate events" come up! But charge it to experience coz you can't separate food/drinks from fun! Food handling is one of the causes too ! Just keep yourself hydrated with bottled water! Thankful you got Larq, first time to hear about this thing, sure will keep it in mind! I said you should get a Lifestraw bottle a year or more ago. I think maybe Martin had an issue from the water or something. Travel adviser told me that before my first trip to the Philippines. It's been a great addition to travel... Gosh, all the repeated stomach issues would make me not want to go there. Glad you're feeling better. 👍👍

Actually my employer warn me to not drink a water when we go there for vacay last August for a month. We very carefull not to drink water from the Tap,, we used Mineral water for cooking at washing the food and utensil.
Good you're able to recover, Ave! Next time, be sure to be careful on your food especially those menu you're not familiar.. it's been happening often. Sometimes you can pick up bacteria that becomes dormant inside our intestines that can be a problem later.. (just a motherly advice). Hoping and praying for you and Martin'ssafety! ❤️❤️❤️

Just be careful when traveling and eating. The foods can be contaminated easily thru handling or insects might contaminate the foods or when exposed to the weather and not properly kept in the proper temperature. Thanks a lot for sharing your vlogs. There are so many stores for souvenirs in Bali and the hotel looks nice. The thing that I noticed at the beach. There are garbage around the seashore. It's hard to maintain the cleanliness of the resort when there are a lot of tourists, and some of them are leaving the drinking paper glass or food wrapper all over the beach.
