I think there should have been more creepy stuff in it... in my opinion, it should start off with Porky Means Business (first some synth or something, then some metal) and then when it gets to Giygas, add in some creepy synth, and then mix it with some really dark metal, but amplify both to make it sound relly disturbing, as well as some demonic Giygas voice clips).
This would've been a nightmarish final boss in Brawl...Tabuu certainly wasn't driven insane by the power of evil like Giygas was. It's what makes Giygas far more dangerous.

The lack of a softer/less threatening introduction makes the song less appealing to me. Nothing was cooler in that song than the sudden change from 8-bit to heavy rock-- usually coinciding with Giygas one-shotting a character and watching his HP rapidly drop to 0 while you rushed through your commands to try to save him.

@lightdiviner i understand that, its just people piss me off to the very extent to have people fighting about music, like i am a hardcore metalhead and damn proud of it but still to this day to i find rappers or pop saying how bad metal is even when metalheads say pop is stupid i think there is no point in fighting about music and who evers opinion. its like for me, if you like a song that i dont like or the genre of music then thats your choice but why criticize others choice of music?

We're talking psychic onslaughts from nowhere that could knock you out in one hit (and probably the next guy after you, too) Furthermore, Giygas no longer has a physical body, whereas Tabuu did. How could you hit something if your blows passed right through it? Giygas would be a WHOLE lot harder without Paula's Prayers.
What is it with RPGs and boss battle songs that they have to go something slow or quiet then blast heavy metal out the speakers? Couldn't they have done that last part all the way through? I mean, listen to the Advent Children "Metal" version of One Winged Angel. The same thing happens there!
Pokey is scarier than giygas. Giygas is a lovecraftian god, he's totally mindless and omnipotent. Giygas doesn't know what he's doing and he'd probably just float around space removing any obstacle in his path from reality. Pokey is the manipulative little monster that went about directing Giygas to earth, organizing and leading all his attempts to subvert the world, and eventually unleashing his full power on Ness and Co, and Pokey survived at the end, he escaped when Giygas died, THAT's Scary!
Well, it's a fairly decent remix, I suppose, but most of it is too slow and calm compared to the original. It seems as though none can surpass the original, but this one comes close, and it still deserves 5/5. And is... Is that Lucky (Duster) playing the Bass at 3:49 - 4:05?
