Sir If maternity leave sanctioned by authorities inadvertently. It was an ambiguity, because of gazette notification-amendment act 2017 regarding meternity benifits in case of 3rd child. But it was not clear to authortiese wheather it is implement in case of permanent employee or not.

Which was actually demanded at the time of leave sanction, but he asked that employee can avail the benifit of 3rd child leave and "I will allow that leave" of 84days. Prepare application for maternity leave. Now, he replied auditor that it was wrongly sanction and his fault so don't penalise employee for this.
After completion of 2 years CCL,you can take maximum 60 days Commuted leave and Leave Not Due(LND) in 3rd year without production of Medical Certificate
@@AsitGovernmentRuleGuru sir, above question regarding extension of CCL. I think for grant of ccl prior approval is needed. Since for extension of CCL another approval is need so it will be counted as 2nd spell. IfI may not be wrong. Pls confirm.
