Yep, Nahida's domain changes A LOT of visual things whilst you're inside. And it also dsrkens your vision from looking outside

@@spiderdude2099 I think I have listened to Ezio's family from Assassin's Creed 2 well over a thousand times over the years and I find that the song never gets old for me. I do agree with your point, but some things will always retain a certain level of enjoyability regardless of how much you try/have them.
For me it's just newer ones came out and I happen to like them more. And I try to not just stuff S so it has some meaning. If this were ordered he'd be at the top of A.

Zhongli should swap with Alhaitham. Alhaitham’s isn’t better than Nahida’s either. I felt like he overrated Alhaitham’s burst.
Albedo's burst has more special effects when cast in his Elemental Skill, I think that should be part of it because the delay then the Blossoms popping up makes for some nice eye and ear candy.
True, if Yae Miko got the totems set up for her burst to hit 3 extra times, it's fair that Albedo gets rated with the flower on field.

You can't rate Albedo's burst without also doing it when his skill is active. That multi flower burst is something UNIQUELY TIED to his burst, it doesn't happen any other way in his kit, so I'd say it has to count.
That has bothered me a lot in the previous list and in this one now. Feels like a half-assed review if it doesn't account for these nuances that ARE there and make a huge difference. It's not like the flowers exploding are a tiny extra detail. They're the main reason the burst looks interesting at all in the first place.
And what makes it worse is that for Yae Miko's burst, he made a special mention of the fox lightning strikes, which can only happen if she deploys her turrets first (in essence, she has to use her skill to make extra effects on her burst just like Albedo). Because without the turrets, the only effect on her burst would be that single boring initial lightning strike that has no special effect to it.
For me Diluc's burst is a solid SSS tier because on top of the gorgeous fire effects and the giant phoenix, if you zoom in on his face when he casts the burst he actually winks and smiles before he sends his enemies to their doom.

I feel like the butterflies are like "Hell Butterflies" from Bleach. Which were guides to help souls get to the next plain/life/afterlife.

I only felt bad for Jean... Her burst is not something over the top, but she looks so mesmerizing. Maybe it's the way how she looks at the battlefield, maybe it's the way she turns her sword or maybe it's just me being totally biased looking at my second favorite character, but I feel hope and assurance coming from her and filling me. It's more than just the animation, I guess. This burst just captures her character perfectly and I love her character, so ofc I'm in love with her burst.
Yeah, it's beautiful, calm, simple, and just gets to the point, exactly like her, even if she can't compare to the others.

personally, I think keqing's burst is still the coolest in the game. I prefer it over alhaitham's even, and this is coming from an alhaitham main. the sheer amount of slashes and the intensity of it, the way it feels like the burst just keeps building up and becoming more intense as you go until it releases it all in that finisher... I love that burst so much.

And the fact that (almost?) all other chars are either looking serious or are smiling. He starts acting all serious, but then suddenly looks at you and gives this small smirk, like "gotcha!". Even though I don't really like Ayato, this was the part that made me want to have him. No matter if the rest of the burst is boring or not.

I feel like Venti deserves some credit for the little feathers flying around when you cast his burst. They look so light and fluffy and really encapsulate Venti’s carefree playful personality.

I’ve always enjoyed Kazuha burst because of the small perspective change and also because I love wind effects
One point is that Nahida's ult making flowers sprout underneath your character as they walk is so precious! That would make her S tier in my opinion but A is good too.

The only thing that i disagree with is Keqing's ranking, not only because I love her because of her burst and other things, but the burst is quick and clean while being very flashy at the same time. I'd honestly put her in the B tier higher than Shenhe or Klee or like low A tier, because I believe that her burst is around the same type as Xiao's, Klee's, Shenhe's and Itto's while being slightly worse than Hutao's burst. I just really love lightning and pinball visuals.
I've never seen a bigger L take then putting Zhongli on A tier.
He's the only archon that looks like a actual god in his animation and wish banner.

Okay but ayakas bursts affects are so amazing. The Sakuras, the blue sparks, the little rainbow that appears, how she’s slowly disintegrates her sword into her fan. Also the wavy affects around its so beautiful. Comparing that to aloys is super sad, and how does alhaitham get in S, same with dehya. Alhaitham just through a his arm around and dehya just clenches her fist

One funny thing during Co-op when I casted out Nahida's burst, they thought their game glitched because they were stunned by how big Nahida's burst was
I would say you should look at Albedo's burst again with his skill active, cause that's really where all of the pretty factor goes into
One thing i appreciate about Yoimiya's burst is how much movement there is with it. When you're playing her and you jump so high in the air it makes it feel more special. Most characters just stand while casting their burst.
something that i think would bump hu tao up is the fact that when you hit enemies with it you can kinda see their souls pop out of their bodies. it's such a nice touch that other characters don't have.
kazuha tho, just only for the fact that his burst looks different depending on the element it swirls, in my opinion, deserves s tier ... i remember the first leaks of his burst, so cool, at that time anemo was just aquamarine color lol but his burst had the nice colored leaves and the yellow gold hew ...so good

I think Tighnari should have at least been a B tier burst, I mean it's such a unique burst, not to mention the homing things you shoot, I see close to no resemblance to Aloy's burst and honestly I just think it fits him so well.
That being said, I will not tolerate Keqing not being in A or S tier
Fun fact! If you cast Ayato's burst in a darker place, it is more easy to notice a rainbow arch forming on top after the burst ends.

I love Jean with a fire burning passion. We was the character I yearned for the most when I first started. In fact I might even consider laying on a small cactus for her, but God damn it if her burst doesn't get the lowest possible tier imaginable solely due to it give my camera the good 'ol 180. I FCKN HATE WHEN GAME MESS WITH MY CAMERA AND NO AMOUNT OF SIMPING WILL MAKE ME FORGIVE JEAN!!!

One of the fun things about the wanderers burst animation is that if he has his elemental skill active when casted, his hat isn’t there when the burst activates

I absolutely love Kazuha's burst. Does it get in the way? HELL YEAH but I love the effects and the start up so much it is my favourite part. I love how the camera is used. We are right there with Kazuha almost as if we are unsheathing the blade with him. The power of anemo swirling and infusing into the sword. That ever so slight delay from when he slashes to when the effects show up on screen like when a character moves so fast you don't see what they did until they put their sword away. It adds so much weight to it.
edit: I slowed it down even more and I could see him apply the anemo infusion by barely gliding his left hand over the blade as he draws it with his right. I love it even more now.

Look, I know Alhaitham's animation is not exactaly like Keqing's. But it is way too similar and you can't convince me otherwise. Even if you consider the differences, I still personally prefer Keqing.
But if you really prefer Alhaitham, the least you could do is put him down a bit for being ctrl C ctrl V or Keqing up for being the original.
The one thing I like about ayatos burst is how when you cast it, it shows the grand narukami shrine at the beginning
I think the only thing I disagree with is Zhongli, I mean from an outsiders perspective, watching the huge meteor come down with the sky opening up and turning into the bright colors and the huge explosion…and even from the players perspective! Watching the meteor fall as Zhongli stands there with his arms crossed, looking so calm as he brings down the wrath of the rock onto his enemies…truly an S tier for me

"being smooth camera for Eula burst, she's an A" meanwhile childe get both of ranged and meele stance for a D with a same camera movement and faster animation bruh
Upset about the childe ranking (if it wasnt already obvious) despite the poor cinematic it feels amazing to use for nukes
How fun was it to move two different accounts to different in-game locations every time you wanted to use a burst XD I love the effort!
Personally you could NEVER convince me that cyno, nilou, or alhaitham have better ults than zhongli and nahida but to each their own
11:33 if you stand even farther away in raidens burst, there is a massive arm in the sky that creates that shatter effect. Its really cool i wish you could see it

I always find it incredibly interesting just how different people’s opinions can be. My tierlist looks nothing like this one (not saying this one is bad or anything, I just find it interesting how many different opinions people form about the same thing

I actually came out of this appreciating Aloys burst a lot more. Never noticed before that she throws a bomb and then shoots it with an arrow later... and at least to me it looks pretty cool. It's certainly cooler than the Kamisato siblings, Baizhu, Yoimiya, Yae for instance.
I disagree with so much stuff in this video omg I understand this is up to taste but putting Diluc on A while Cyno and Dehya are on S is just a very weird standard to me lmao.. Ok gonna stop commenting and just enjoy the vid now.

Imo Kazuha's burst is the best one it's insanely cinematic and can lead to one of the most beautiful views in the entire game it's also pretty cool

there's many rankings here i'd throw hands over in a denny's parking lot at 3am, but if you ever do yet another burst animation ranking, i propose one challenge to you.
adding in the category/criteria of how well it suits the character.
why this one specifically? well, it's my main point of contention against your rankings for ayato, yoimiya, and wanderer. and in wanderer's case specifically, you didn't take into account the other version.
If only Childe summoned a whale on his ranged burst it would have been so good
I have all of the sumeru characters (except Dehya 😭) and a lot of their burst animations is what let me to pull them initially.
I mostly agree with this list. The only things I would change, would probably be Wanderer and Zhongli's positions. I would put both in S tier.
Cyno will forever be my favorite character, with the best burst animation. Not only does he feel so good to play with cuz he attacks so fast, also has mobility in his attacks, the combos you can do with thundering fury, the satisfaction when you hit the endseer (eye thingy) and 3 bolts come out all dealing a bunch of dmg. It's just perfect. I will say I am kinda sad on how useless his charged attack is, it's so cool how he slashes 3 times in front of him, slides while slashing and finally: the claw marks he leaves behind for a second to stop himself from sliding. A fun thing I love to do in the overworld with cyno is just... walk around in burst form, charge attack and hit the remaining endseers on time.

You can really see just how much has been invested in genshin, the animations have gotten much better.
If Keqing's skin has effects:
-pentagram star Burst ending will have bias shifted image like on cracked pieces of glass then it is shattered by final hit (like Raiden's)
I would put venti atleast in b because i love the feathers floating round and the little wind lines? but that's just my opinion.
I LOVE Dilucs new skin, it made me start to main him haha, Wonderers i love but mostly because he says "you dare look upon me!!!!" Yae Miko I think is so awesome because I love the nine tails
idk if it helps a lot, but i noticed since u used yae's e before her burst, u should also maybe reevaluate albedo's burst with his e on field? idk i personally find albedo's burst much prettier with those extra pops
i totally understand Ayaka, as i have her in my main team, the power is strong but just not really specail visually
AND im so happy ypu put kokomi in s tier, i would be ok with every opinion of yours but if you would have put her lower then s then i woud have been sad hahaha....she is my QUEEN, she has the most beautiful visual ult for me i love it!

I pretty much mostly agree with your list, except for some minor thing like even though I love all the green dendro constructs since they're dendro is my favorite element and my number 1 favorite colors are green and grey/silver so it's like they crafted Alhaitham just for me since he looks like a custom characterI would create for myself, I would still put his burst a little lower as fun as his gameplay and animations are, his burst just looks ok to me, not that impressive
I would also move Mona, Klee way down, and Venti down. The other characters in S are fine, I really don't like Raiden nor Yae personality/story wise but I can't deny how awesome the whole galaxy slashes and how how good that purple looks (purple is my 3rd favorite color lol) and the first few seconds of Yae's burst literally carries her burst alone but the foxes and her extra tails are a nice touch. And I'm also the same with Yelan's animation, it's so satisfying plus I love the water strings. But I digress, this comment is already too long
Galaxy themed attack really doesn't fit for ei. Could've done lightning but nope. Yae on the other hand deserves S

im surprised wanderer is so high not a lot of people appreciate how raw it looks and sounds.
I appreciate it I was very shocked because I waited for him from since I joined and found that hes a Harbinger and I loved his design then he became a main villain instead of a side villain the more quests he gets involved or mentioned/hints making so many keys to his story until 3.2 then he had this huge cutscene and he fell and I was scared if he died or not but Nahida actually spared him and I love her alot more for that and He got an Anemo vision with a new design the whole personality changing back to back then memories erasing his connection to Kaedehara Kazuha one of my favorite characters in the whole game then his redemption arc and then his Gameplay and Animations are just cherry on the top maybe I am biased because I love anemo users but I loved the Electro Scaramouche aswell. Sad he didn't come home but Him and Cyno in my opinion have the best bursts

I am Ayaka main i agree with her ratings but Kazuha and Nahida? Kazuha feels the wind when he bursts, the cluster of effect makes it look good for me. Nahida when you are inside the dome, you have walking effect which is pretty nice to see.

Edit: Forgot to mention Tighnari can jump while using his burst. Technically the only bow wielder to use his bow in the air.
I like it based on 4 reasons.
1. The little vine and flower details are really good in my opinion. Like look at all those petals for just a few seconds.
2. His burst is different from others where majority are on the ground and of course he is. Similar to aloy where they go closer to the ground.
3. He gets a little screen of Well green before he jumps up and uses his bow. Which you usually only see them moving this made it different and more cooler for me as it adds to him jumping and turning. I like it how his background changes and I wish it could’ve been like the demo where he would get bushes and stuff. His background makes the bow glow look more well glowing since he and the bow is in the middle.
4. There’s little particles during his burst which can be the fireflies you frequently see near Gandharva Ville and a few stars and other particles.
Things I considered: His ears and tail. You can’t see his tail well in the burst but you can see his ears wiggle slightly which makes it more noticeable and less stiff. I also like the mad look on his face. His tail wiggles after using the burst. ❤️
Can we talk about you going to the places where you meet the characters to show off their bursts

I think I can mostly agree with your ratings! What I can't agree with, is´are these. (Also, you sound so funny at 0.25 speed, lol!)
- Hu Tao in B: Short and snappy. The cute wink, the funny ghost. Considering how much happens in such a short time, it is a solid A Tier.
- Eula in A: While I agree on the starting animation being really good, once you remove the stacking mentality from her burst, it becomes a weird waiting game. And the reward explosion at the end, is not that good in comparison to today's animations. B Tier.
- Keqing in C: She manifests a sword in her hands, the lightning animations are close to Raidens (missing the realm tear), the screen tinting is nice, so I would give it a B Tier. Unless the Coop visuals factor into this rating as well, then I might agree with C Tier.
- Ganyu in C: Unlike Ayato her starting animation is way more dynamic and doesn't feel as long. I think that makes up for her average on-field animations. B Tier.
Ngl I still think it's kinda weird that you can see the whole sky object thingy in Zhonglis burst from third person if you look at it from a specific angle
If you hit human-like enemies with Hu Tao's ult, you can actually see their soul going out
When a burst give me the chill on the spine, i can say it's a S tier.
Me watching him put Kazuhas burst animation in b tier my favorite burst animation. Crying noises. Then watching him put raidens burst animation in s tier my least favorite burst animation. Crying noises grow louder
