With a solid offline career mode and mod support you can snatch all of the poor souls stuck with that bug infested poorly coded mess that is FIFA career mode. Also, you won't have to bother so much with licences fees if the community around the game is modding kits and logos into it without being bound by licensing contracts like a company does.
Can i get some sort of beta?
This could actually be the beginning of something special.
Let's hope so, FIFA needs competition. I really hope there will be a career mode competitor as well

Net physics and grass already look decent. I agree with the animations when passing or shooting...It's really snappy and looks a bit arcady. One thing I can't evaluate is whether the ball has any sort of 'weight', which is crucial to make the game feel more like a simulation of real football.
Anyway, you guys sure look dedicated to deliver a good game. Good luck to you.

SMALL HINT (from PES Fan) : If you don't plan to introduce lots of licences for the clubs/leagues in the game - You should consider using the system/option PES had in the past (and Football nów don't have) - User can upload Option Files including Kits/Badges/And other visual elements directly to the game in EDIT MODE. I bet community will provide content like always - just like it was in PES and everyone will be happy at the end :) For example there is a big community complaining about updating boots and all the support we not have from EA in the FIFA 23... So every step closer to solve this problem will be much much apreciated. Good Luck! Finger Crossed!

I’ve spend hours and hours making kit sponsors dot by dot in the kit editor in the old PES days on my PS2 and changing the away kits every season of my club in Master League. Being able to change club names and emblems, kits and add sponsors will attract a very loyal fanbase. It’s all about the gameplay, not the licenses.

Developping a game from scratch is extremely challenging and not an easy task. Just take your time guys as much as you want to improve many aspects of your game,so when you finally release the game gamers will realise that at least the game meets some expectations. Really excited to see the final version of the game!!❤

Secondly, if I understood correctly, UFL will be released in Q3-Q4 of 2023, that being July to December basically.

I think that it's really important that you guys allow players to be able to choose the level of assistance that they use. PES/eFootball has multiple assistance levels for passing, shooting, crossing & FIFA does as well, including for lofted through passes, headers, etc. Both games also allow players to play on manual controls if they so choose. I'm pretty sure that PES even offered the ability to matchmake based on which level of assistance that you personally use.
Some players like the extra challenge of playing on manual controls (myself included). PLEASE give us the ability to do that because it truly separates an average player from a high skilled player & the sorts of things that they can do on the (virtual) pitch.

If I were the developer, I would want to make it so that you choose how long the animation should be.
The longer you choose the animation to be, the more power and accuracy you get, while shorter animations will have less power and less accuracy, but will be harder to anticipate.
If I realize scripting, I will remove the game right at that point.

@UFLgame we know you’ll have to add in DDA (dynamic difficulty adjustments) for AI in offline modes but PLEASEEEE dont have them in online PvP modes. Let duels be completely skill based(/player stamina based) and I like what you said about how well a mechanic like controlling the ball or completing a pass - is determined by the attributes/stats of the character. Let it be so for this pure body of coding work😊🙏🏽

I don't care about licenses, I don't care if there are graphics from 5/10 years ago. I just really hope it's not another scripted game. I just want to have fun playing. Good luck for the game and for the future :)

This game have real potential... Love this gameplay... Hope there will be a offline career mode...
I wish there was some kind of way to dynamically choose the length of shooting/passing animations.
For example, if you want to take a shot from distance and you have plenty of space, you hold circle for as long as you think you have time for.
The longer the button press, the longer the animation which ultimately results in more power and accuracy, while a short animations would be good for quick tiki taka passes or lightly chipping the keeper.
Think of the power shot in FIFA and eFootball but much more dynamic and integrated.
I hate how in this game, it looks so effortless to shoot the ball far distances.
Also I would love to be able to control the spin on the ball and a jump button would be nice too.

The game currently looks like FIFA online or efootball online. To make the game come close to FIFA or PES offline physics will take a lot of time and effort. Even though the game currently doesn't compare to those titles, it's long overdue that we have a legitimate competitor for those games. Keep at it guys, good work so far..

Props to the game devs for this much progress in this short time. The game still needs more player movement animations to improve the fluidity and realism of the gameplay. The ball physics still needs some working, I noticed the ball still stays grounded even with strong passes. I can't say much about tackles
I’m being honest right now, with UFL this might be the start of something SPECIAL.
the modeling of the templates or the visuals of the players on the presentation of a match is very realistic. Stocky, muscular, the 3D logos and superb jerseys.

I really hope this will become real. I’ve deleted FIFA from my playstation over a month ago. Not because i’m bored of playing football but because i’m tired of that toxic game and money machine making.

I really like how honest they're so we the fans don't get disappointed with the big words, they admit it won't be perfect and that technology is always evolving so they always have to aim to improve the game, we get a realistic understanding that way, don't expect a perfect or the best game.

I hope there will be a Turkish commentator in the game. A feature that makes us love the game
One of the suggestions I would give is make the ball physics as accurate as possible cause that is going to be really key for a football game. And also look into the animations when transitioning from one action to another; for example the transitioning between a tackle then getting up and recovering the ball to either carry it or passing it. The more fluid and realistic the animation is for these transitions the better the gameplay will be.

I think this game will be successful if it focuses exclusively in gameplay and game modes. The modding community can work on the teams, kits, players, etc. But imagine if UFL launches and patches are released, keeping the game more fluid and with improvements. There's no need for an annual release. If it's updated regularly and significant improvements in gameplay are made, people with start moving towards the game for sure.
Strikerz Inc. is carrying quite a heavy burden on their shoulders, but in the end it will pay off and you guys will be celebrated like heroes. I can just feel it, and that feeling is rarely wrong.😋
The gameplay is much improved since the last video. I can only imagine what it will be in the same time again. I've never been so excited for a new game release. Great work 👍

Yeah, it is a big game aspect, even though it’s also one of the most difficult ones to make work!
@@uflgame yah. It can be improved upon in later iterations but shoulder to shoulder body checks and arm struggles are key to realism. Also like real collision physics.

There has to be smooth transition between the animations for instance when passing the ball the player should react by a movement or when shooting to score a goal there has to be animations after shooting the ball like looking at the direction of the ball or smth like that you need way more work to call your game realistic the players moves in the pitch so carelessly or when receiving the ball or even when running with the ball and in a weird way there has to be a smooth transition between the animations
yea, looks really janky. still optemistic though
Fifa have had 20+ years to get this many animations. There’s so many animations required to get that level of smoothness; you’re not gonna see that straightaway from a new game. It’s extremely time consuming so as long as the game plays well, visual improvements like animations can be added overtime.

And yet fifa's animations still suck. It has so much potential but online players just want faster and more responsive games and it looks terrible now
@@DTunezOfficial I think pacing of a football game is difficult to get right. Players want realism but irl, a lot of football is boring and very slow and therefore wouldn’t fun to play online.
However people who play offline would love that as it’s more realistic.
It’s impossible to appease both sides, they’re obvs gonna cater to the side which has more interest which is nowadays, online players.

I'm not liking everything I see in the gameplay, somethings needs to change, but seeing what the devs are doing, I'm confident that even if the game comes out with the imperfections, they will work to make it better and better by listening to the feedback.

I hope this will be better than fifa
No iceskating animations like in FIFA. You should really work on speed of passes and crosses and shoots - for me it's right now little bit too fast in this build. I also think that the best test for gameplay (in general) is when you simulate full game COMvsCOM and then check the gameplay - If it looks realistic and we don't see there bugs and issues and strange behaviours from the AI - it's very good start.
