Hey Seb! I can't thank you enough for all the videos you've been putting out, love the content. I'm pretty much a noob in this game still, get above 4k and 6/8 pretty consistently. Game knowledge about gear etc is pretty good. The problem I have is whenever i try an exalt dung on any character I fail miserably due to the fact that I haven't done that content/dung before. I know for a fact that id love seeing you do exalt dungs on your characters, you are so chill and i learn tons from you. Lost my 6/8 pala in a nest this morning for one of the reasons stated above, clueless about what phases and one-shots will come. Much love from Sweden ❤
What I did is I brought some cheaper characters into public ones with a decent player count. That way, I don't have to worry as much about dying on something worthwhile, and there are people to dish out status effects and carry me through while I feel out the general shape of the dangers. Leeching is basically an inevitability until you have enough comfort with things to take your attention away from not dying. That said, there are certain characters that make certain things easier. Having a utility status effect like slow or stasis during the early bee queen phases or especially crystal worm mother makes the ensuing fight a cakewalk. Having on demand speedy from a ninja or a warrior may be an absolute life saver. Sometimes the heals of a priest or paladin allow you to stay after a screwup that would have you nexus otherwise. Sometimes certain bosses are nightmarish on melee classes or without piercing. As for the nest specifically: Most of the dangerous enemies there like to hop on you much like the garnet and jade statues. Maggots and blue beehemoths are especially prone to jumping you from off screen. The latter can and will instakill you, so be careful pushing forward if you haven't seen what the group is fighting in a second. The other two big boys chase you down after getting low. Red has confusing stars and yellow paralyzes, so be careful of both of those statuses. The boss's main phases fall into either rotating around the arena in a circle with a specific color, sporting the same status effects as the colored bees during the dungeon (meaning red has confuses in aoe bomb form this time, and yellow has paralyzes). During her centered phases there's a lot of garbage being thrown about. I mostly focus on dodging the daze bombs she throws, weaving between the garbage shots as needed to do so. The main problem phase starting out is probably stinger phase. If you get caught in the wall, just nexus. You will die very quickly there. Always choose to tank a shot from the nests instead of the stinger wall. Otherwise, staying in the safe pocket and near the wall of shots ahead of you (in the direction of rotation) does the trick. I notice most times that trailing being near the forward stinger wall avoids the nest shots most times. Also, try to stay close to the center of the room, as it makes the distance you need to cover smaller, and it makes the slows from the flies that spawn far less dangerous.
Make a guide on MV asap please. All my 10 deaths lately is on it and everytime I can't complete I just ragequit for like a week. It feels completely chaotic and pure c
I watch highlights but like to watch when i see you live here because i don’t got a pc and used to play in shadow/start of kabam and makes me wanna get pc and play
I hate watching them get good and you die in solo 03 or solo umi, the bottle that clears effects is a must before you ever do umi with a good char again so you cam use ur 50 hp pots mid sick phase
Every once in a while I read comments on your videos, and it’s all positive comments helping people, I love your community. Keep up the good work man.
