  • Did you forget to deploy SLAs with your application or do you need to add new SLAs and have them calculated on old records? This video shows how to generate SLAs on old (incident) records.
    Items demonstrated/discussed in this video:
    * Created Incidents without SLAs;
    * Created an SLA Definition on the Incident table;
    * Navigate to table (incident.list);
    * Filter records which need SLAs;
    * Selected records;
    * Selected Repair SLAs in List Drop Down Box;
    * Navigated back to incident records and displayed the SLAs which were created in the related list :)
