The 11th division mission requires you to deal AND take dmg, similar to how Kenpachi Zaraki always lets himself take dmg in his "sparring" matches lol Since you like killing stuff for the xp, instead of div 5 you could do div 8 missions in hueco mundo which spawns multiple waves of hollows. There's also a decent amount of pvp since its usually arrancar territory, outside of a raid.
