For Sabrina,,,the sajji is always on drier side,,just have a look at the process...it is dehydrating every moment around that bonfire,,,, it is a traditional dish from cold drier regions and has found its way to urban areas just a couple of decades ago ! Appreciate this massive effort by both of u having covered such a vast region in just 10 days !

Don't forget to try snacks at Bahadurabad, particularly 'Dahi-Phulkee' at 'Fefo'! Try it with tons of spices, supplied along and ask for a couple of extra, it's not hot but will blow your mind with taste! Have Fun!!
