I have been a loyal customer for a while honestly the product is high quality but the customer service is suck. I have been trying to contact them for some delivery issues and never get the response
They've gone downhill big time, they treat customers like crap and the quality of clothing has gone down aswel. They've literally blocked thousands of customers on instagram and twitter so they don't like like cowboys but thats what they are
It’s not fair you guys are replying to my emails regarding my missing items with the same automated messages again and again it’s coming up to a whole month for the items I have ordered , and still nothing is done about it. Truly the WORST experience of customer service I have received
