So that gully effectively became a root-bound plant pot. I've had to sort out a root-bound Schefflera in a 1 foot diameter pot that had a root ball that unrolled to over 4 feet, it's amazing how dense roots can pack themselves.
Really enjoy watching your videos. You remind me so much of my uncle that we tragically lost in 2021. You to look so similar and personality is so similar. I do have English heritage so would be cool if we was related some how 😂😂.
Yes, yes we would! However right now, I’m picking up Gum tree Branches and bark (end of season shedding) pre fire season clearing and I’ve so far had 10 HUGE huntsman spiders on me, in my shirt, and my hair… not to mention the huge 20c piece (size of your thumbnail) big Black Widows, Red Backs and of course wolf spiders.
@@Elbows-Deep seriously as long as you don’t go rummaging through fallen branches, bark, or shrubs even you are fine. Especially this time of year… while the snakes are still snoozing
Very good video. So nice to have an exceedingly pleasant customer. On the topic of gully maintenance Australia, I have to agree with Karl. Karl Pilkington on Australia [ th-cam.com/video/kbUd0iCFvjc/w-d-xo.html ] His list failed to include the Cane Toad and the Huntsman Spider. Cheers.
Hi Arty, So sorry, I dont know why youtube blocked this comment, Its was held for review for some odd reason. Just watched the video in the link, Thats so so funny 😂😂😂
Hi Brian, Thanks for the question. I wear the Nitrile Gloves because they are less restrictive and cheaper to throw away. Bigger gloves sweat and become unusable very quickly and it would be very expensive to have enough the change through each day. i can get through 50 in a day sometimes.
Becky you are a trooper and treasure ❤
ha ha that gusher was definitely the money shot of the vid,
I knew it was coming but not that bad 😂😂
Fast becoming the best drain team on TH-cam, another entertaining video ✊💪
Cheers for the uplift Paddy, Always good to hear from you 👍👍
Lovely hat 😁
Great job…🍺🍺🍺🍺
Rrrrrrrroooooootttttttssssssss!
Great job Jamie and Becky. I foresee some work needing to be done at that location soon. If not, this will be recurring.
she is having some work done on the property soon and will likely have it done then or just before.

Would a garden tool with spikes help pull those roots out? if it was a small one of some sort?

I've noticed you wear latex type gloves. Why do you wear such flimsy gloves, wouldn't more of the thicker rubber type be better? All the best.

@@Elbows-Deep I did think that was probably the case. Thanks.
Hey Jamie it's not only huntsman spiders as bit as you hand but snakes like to live in places like that........Don't want to disturb a snake!!🕷🕷🪱🪱🪱😱😱😱
