I just found your channel this morning. This is so helpful. I'm totally using this the next time I wake up from a dream. I really appreciate the resource that you've made here. Thank you
@@georginatoland no you told me how to do it so it's fine 😀 but it's a lot better to watch you do it visually! I first watched this back in 2020 when I had got my first deck. You were (and still are) a huge part of my tarot journey + development/growth as a reader. I just wish you'd give the Thoth system a chance 😆 I know you don't connect with the energy but there are great thoth based decks such as the Urban tarot, Rohrig tarot etc. But I understand its to each their own 😉
I have a few of those decks plus some hybrids, but I’m in no way qualified to teach the system. But…maybe you could start a channel? 😇 Best wishes on your Tarot journey! 🥰
@@georginatoland I'm thinking about it but I love the way you explain things as a teacher which i don't have in me 😆 I may definitely consider it when I'm at a more advanced level though
I like your system in using tarot for dream interpretation. Since the dream is incomplete and the purpose of the card reading is divining the meaning of the dream, can I draw some more cards to clarify this dream, or expand this dream?
I was shy about posting this, as it is part of my private spiritual practice and the deck I use is out of print. But a lot of folks have asked about my technique over the past two years. ❤️
@@georginatoland I am glad that you shared it with us. I liked it, and I can't wait to use it to interpret my future dreams! And I am sure that many other folks will benefit from it! Have a nice day. ❤
I would offer only the simple advice that you create a keyword for each of the cards in the deck and then begin practicing readings with a trio of cards. Left card the past, the center card the present, and the right card the future. Start by creating a short story, along the lines of, “First this happened, which led to today’s issue, and then this is likely to happen in the near future.” After a while you can expand your practice readings to five cards. Here is a video I have that shows several examples: th-cam.com/video/Dp_MbJLIi7A/w-d-xo.html
@@georginatoland I did what you did in this video for the "nightmare" I had this morning, and from what I felt from the cards and read it's definitely a warning for me before I lose something very important to me
That's very kind of you for sharing this method. May I ask if the moon card comes right after the High Priestess card, then is it there would be no card on left side of the high priestess and no card on the right side of the moon card? Thank you!
Interesting.... about large cards, I hate the latest fashion of making cards (especially oracle cards) enormous. I can't shuffle side ways like you do here. I divide deck and vertically put one half on top of the other half also vertically and stick them in gently.
This deck is absolutely a beast to shuffle, but most of the time its individual cards were used for meditation. So bigger was better in this case. Fun fact, the artwork was done at actual size. No shrinking or enlarging of the original art. This was back before Llewellyn Publications decided to put everything on one kind of (crappy) cardstock and forced all decks to be the same size (to save on printing costs). Everything started to go south after 2000…
@@georginatoland Funny, I prefer all cards to be of the same size as my old trusty Rider Waite. Also, since I've had these cards for over 20-25 years, when the cardstock was worse, I actually prefer them, since I shuffle very gently and this cheaper cardstock is more flexible. When I started buying oracle cards a couple of years ago, their size and stiffness makes me hardly use them 🤨. And I don't use them for meditation. I might use a few to complement a spread.
Helloo, how can I interpret the spread, if, after the Moon card, I pull the high Priestess card? What could that mean? I'm thinking about both aspects of the reading to be completely intertwined, but I couldn't be sure. Thank you for the useful video!
For best results, use Tarot. Lenormand is great for day-to-day predictive readings, but it’s the wrong tool here. As my father would say, “Don’t use a hammer when the job calls for a screwdriver.”
For this particular spread she is acting only as a marker, so she isn’t getting interpreted at all. Only the cards flanking her (and the Moon card) are interpreted.

Thank you so much for sharing this! It's a great spread.
Ah! Pretty interesting ... I am surely going to try this spread
I remember asking you about this 😜 happy to see these videos being uploaded again :)
I thought that I’d lost the footage during a PC upgrade. Sorry about that. 😔

I don’t draw extra cards, but you do you! Your dream, your rules! ❤️
You read my mind!! Right today, I was thinking of searching for a tarot spread for this purpose, haha.

If they are right next to each other, then they will only have one card each.

Yes, exactly! Sometimes things are very much entwined. When it comes to reading for yourself, your own instincts trump any “rules” set by others.
Thank you! @@georginatoland
I had a dream about my crush writing me a love letter
Very useful thank you .. will this apply to all types of dreams ? How can we understand the message through tarot more deeply ?
Thoughtful meditation on the cards that turn up in this spread is a good start. As your knowledge of Tarot increases it will become easier.
When it comes to Lenormand, what card should I use as a replacement for The High Priestess?
This is for Tarot only. Does not work with Lenormand.
If looking for a significator the lady maybe? Although in here she is a person who dreams not a significator
For best results, use Tarot. Lenormand is great for day-to-day predictive readings, but it’s the wrong tool here. As my father would say, “Don’t use a hammer when the job calls for a screwdriver.”
is it important that it must be a nigel jackson tarot?
or other tarot that we resonates?
Any deck that you own will do, provided that it is a complete Tarot deck.
If the popess is reversed what does it mean ?
For this particular spread she is acting only as a marker, so she isn’t getting interpreted at all. Only the cards flanking her (and the Moon card) are interpreted.
If a person identifies as a male, would he or she use the priestess, or..?
Nope. All querents are to use the High Priestess here. This is about being a dreamer, not about physical sex or gender roles.
@@georginatoland ah! Thanks. It's in case I read cards for a person who isn't cisgendered
so the cards are saying why youre asking the cards while there is not dream happened lol
just for an example
It was an example, so the cards were confused. 🤗
