The resistance often stems from our innate response to change, even when we know these changes are beneficial for us. You can begin with small, manageable changes to reduce the overwhelm.     I have cPTSD and am so dysregulated most of the time, dissociated most of the time. What can I do to remind me/my brain to do the things you are suggesting?
