I haven't seen much of Kengan, but I love how realistic and fast pace the fights are while also stretching the limits of human potential. No long ass conversation dragging it or plot armor that I can tell. Just smooth, clear movements and little dialogue. Baki, Naruto, Bleach and dbz have their own atmosphere going on that I also love. But Kengan has the highest quality in terms of choreography.

Baki fights are just straight up beatdowns borderlining super power anime. But I will say in the 1st and second season it was much better and the fights were more intense and creative. The 5 assassin's season was ass tho ngl
I would much rather have 4 shallow cuts pretty much anywhere rather than be punched, kicked, or elbowed in the face by a professional fighter; what's the big idea, do people bleed to death? Go blind? Pass out from pain?
Depending on where the slash is, the opponent could bless out (like if slashed on the inner thigh, side of the neck, or brachial) or lose control of a limb (Achille's tendon)
Well he’s using his fingertips, they aren’t cuts per-se.. he’s literally *tearing* off skin which logically means the area affected would be wider and lead to more bleeding. The area targeted also factors into the attack as well since if he attacks the neck or something it’d be far more dangerous than the punch of a trained fighter especially since it could get infected afterwards.
