Whenever I see your vid, I instantly want to try what you do. You’re a huge influence
I think the CD refund nerfs are what is causing the stacks to run out before you can proc the passive with the 2nd shot. That is something I have noticed in ARAM. You have to have extremely high AH to proc it at long distances as it usually wears off while the 2nd W is still flying. At short distances you can still proc it relatively often, but at max range, I have noticed that it's basically impossible now.
Though I might be wrong
Serylda's Grudge on this build might be pretty crazy, slow them with your abilities to land them easier and chase, and the armor pen is nice

With kai'sa it's...get the stack, they will fall. I always build nashor's and AS boots first. Usually that will give you the two evolutions then at the same time. Then you just build Manamune. That gets you the last evolution. W is priority and it's passive. Because of her ult you can W then ult then W and non-tank champs are dead. Her passive is nuts...but, it's hard to land in skirmishes because flash etc. But, if they're unable to make you miss...they die. lol
21:00 they didn’t nerf the duration of the plasma but they needed to cd refund on hit or used to give 77% of the cd now it gives 75%

Poor Nasus, my guy practically did 0 damage in a full 30min game. Zwag took him out of the game.
