It reminds me of Stephen Halphern. His ambient music is like this (maybe it is a recording of his I don’t know?). If you never have, please check out his “Ancient Echoes.” It’s on TH-cam. Came out in early ‘80s. I used to listen to it at night in art school to help me fall asleep. I think you’ll like it. The lights in the background are also very cool. Reminds me of a planetarium I used to visit as a kid. Stars are so peaceful too. You are the King of Relaxation. Thank you for all you do.
Oh I am so sorry you have been suffering with anxiety and dizziness. I truly understand because I have experienced that at many different junctures in my life. The dizziness is just awful and I'm so sorry ... It will pass and relaxing with these vids helps. Did you experience some type of grief, loss, and / or abuse ? If so, it seems these vids are a gift from God and will help you 🙏💖🙏💖 I've always been very thin but I found a low histamine diet really lowered my anxious feelings a lot. I also take natural calm magnesium and that's helped a lot too. Biggest hugs to you ... It will pass .... 🙏🦋🌼

I have managed to remove myself from that situation, thankfully. Medical treatment has been ongoing for 12 months but yet to find any real relief. I'm so glad to hear you've passed this. Gives me hope also.
