oda with varlamore expansion they added new consumables for hunter and the snowy knight mix is OP. heals 15 like a brew regardless of hp level, doesnt lower stats, and has 2 doses works like a potion in triple eats. i use it all the time its pretty cheap too.

I have a similar build but it's an obby tank without veng. If using statius Warhammer it's better to use statius armour then vestas. The flat accuracy bonus from corrupt statius armour makes it more likely to hit then the increased accuracy spec from vestas.

Also has full void as I got 42 def, and 87 range. 45 prayer too. 75 attack for mage staffs and ancient godsword. Only downside is it's 69 hp or so. Considering getting 75 hp and it will be capped at 77 CB. RSN Phatmole

Forgotten brew not enough to get veng no? If so you can still brew, restore, forgotten + Veng Even lowers defence for easier stack (downside lowers str and att too -2 max hits)
Unfortunately even with no hp xp I would get 81 combat at 94 mage/range. And it would be a “soft” 81 combat because I could get 50 attack and stay 81 combat. I’m involved in the obby account community so I keep my att at 24 making 82 range/mage my max.
