In this part of the video because he is not talking English, he is cooking with what they call GHEE,which is clarified butter,and not drawn butter and not water because if you come to queens NYC, there are INDIAN, PAKISTAN AND BANGLADESH people and they use a lot of spices and there curries are very hot and I go to there supermarkets to look for things but they are very nice people no where else small community and they keep to themselves never on the subway but on the street and I can tell the difference
