This video reflects pretty badly on Tori, who's a near perfect vocalist 99% of the time. One of the things she's known for is hitting almost every note in tune. This song should have been completely in her range. I think the reason she sounds off here is because her monitor wasn't working. You can see at the very beginning of the video she seems like she's trying to fix something on one of the stage monitors. If you don't have a monitor, you basically can't hear yourself, which makes singing in tune really hard. That said, Crystal Nicole did an excellent job in the album version of the song.
