When I first saw this scene, I got mad at IF for being illogical with her fear of eggplants and thought to myself "Oh c'mon IF! It isn't like the eggplants are going to tie you down and force themselves into your mouth and go down your throat! You're weak minded for letting one traumatic experience make you look like an irrational freak......". Of course, most of us would react the same way in IF's position so my instinctive reaction to expect IF to remain calm and rational around eggplants mere hours after going through a traumatic experience with them is itself irrational. I just get impulsively irritated when people show irrational reactions to stuff due to past traumatic events as such actions have led to more pain and suffering throughout Human history.
