just go out then. 30 years ago people didn't suffer from such stupid things now everything is illness. Get your ass up, take some budds with ya, and go. Wherever you gonna go, just pick up your sketchbook and sketch someone. If you want to go by yourself, the rules are the same. No shame in it.
umm... I know how it feels cause I went through it since I was like 7-8 years old, up to age of 18-19 years old(it tooks me so long to understand it because nobody gave a fk how I feel when I was younger, perhaps I would just fixed that earlier if I had someone to talk about all this). It was huge chunk of my life ( I'm 26 now ) - and by pushing myself more and more, rather than staying in 'comfort zone' saying "uhh, what this or that person will think about me... probably something bad" . More than 90% of the people that you will ever cross paths with, will be gone forever in no time. So ask yourself, is it worth your own time to think that "she may not like that I am sketching here" or "these guys gonna laugh at me" . I was obsessed with it and I exactly know what I'm saying. To get out of this miserable state of mind you need to give yourself a mind-kick and do the first step. The best in this scenario, is some sort of routine that you gonna implement to your daily schedule, but for christ sake, do it now, not in 2 days, not next week. I still have a lot of problems that I need to solve, but this is the one I fixed forever and I am more than happy to spit it out here to share my experience. Peace.
@@greedmarks7478 I'm glad that you no longer have to live with this, but for some it's harder than others to get over if u are always around the same people nearly every day, who might say some little things which It takes so long to get over and worried if happens again
