I have IBS aswell. Seems to be getting worse with age..got the most of the bad pains under control with iud as hormones and periods affected a lot (no endometriosis) but the actual tissue, water retention and gas..oh boy it’s hard to find clothes and need elastic waist in pants and skirts. Can manage some fodmaps even though the bad bloating as it’s good to have versatile gut flora. Have a lovely christmas time. X Glad to have found your channel this year. Ps. Monash university has the best app and most research of the fodmaps. Of course everyone is individual also.
