Bro I’m as hardcore an Eagles fan as you can get, and that being said, ain’t no way we are dropping 40 points in an opening game and our defense holding them to 10. That’s a crazy af take man. I think we win but it will be by at most 10 points. The Packers did really good the last half of the season and made it pretty deep in the playoffs, they are gonna be hungry since they did so well. The new DC and personnel changes and the first half of last season are gonna be what holds them back if anything does. We are gonna have to play good to beat them and great to beat them by 10

Nick should have been fired for lack of accountability, a big ego and untrustworthy in the eyes of many players on the team. There is a reason Hurts along with other players really lack trust in him. The Majority of the team is African American. I bring this up for a reason. Of course you and a some other fans in Philly will fail to understand what I'm about to write. Last year the players in defense pushed for Denard Wilson(African American)to be elevated to Defensive Coordinator . Jeffrey Laurie and Howie Roseman were ready to elevate him, but Nick pushed Sean Desai. Then Nick pushes for Brian Johnson(African American) to be Offensive Coordinator but gives him ZERO input or say in building the offense. Sirianni created the offense , made all the game plans/game day schemes for the offense, and called the majority of plays. He created an offense that had no hot reads for the blitz, and an offense so basic that a high school defensive coordinator could guess correctly on what play they were going to run. And when things were crumbling down, fans/ media criticizing Brian Johnson for the offense, Nick let Johnson take all of the blame for the offense. Brian Johnson was thrown under the bus and lost his job because of a perception he was in control of the offense. This will hurt Bryan Johnson's chances of ever becoming an offensive coordinator and coach in the NFL. If Nick didn't want to let Bryan build the offense and put his own stamp on it , he shouldn't have pushed for him to get the job . But that was Sirriani's goal all the time when he hired Johnson. He let Sean Desai build his defense, but Johnson had no input on the offense. There are many players on the Eagles don't trust Sirianni ...a lot of fans want to brush it off, but it's still there. Years ago I told Eagles fans that Chip Kelly should have cut Riley Cooper when he was caught on tape yelling derogatory words to African Americans security guards who were just doing their job. A lot of Eagles fans caught up in the Chip Kelly love wanted to argue with me. I told them the same thing. The majority of the team was African American, they were going to lose respect for Kelly and he was going to put under a scope by the African American players on the team if he didn't do the right thing and cut Riley Cooper. Some eagles fans said I was wrong or didn't understand. Now years later it comes out for a fact players were bothered by it and began to sense Chip Kelly didn't understand or feel comfortable around African American players. You guys can Attempt to do the same with Nick, and put blinders on. But Nick is under the scope with some players in that locker. Not for lack of comfort in being around African American players, but for hiring an African American Coach and not letting him do his job while also running another African American out the door. Not playing their starters in preseason to save them will hurt right off the bat. They need to get into sync first. Also Cooper DeJean is not ready yet. My Fav player this season. Staring out in Brazil will be a distraction too.
